Holiday rentals with a patio in Zona Farini, Milan

Great place to stay. A little out of the main city but nice and peaceful. Easy access to metro into town. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay, the apartment was well equipped for cooking and also had AC in both the living room and bedroom. Location was central but quiet as the windows faced the courtyard

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

Even though it was only 2 nights, we felt at home straight away and like we had been there a week. The apartment was safe, clean and comfortable in a great location to see this beautiful city. Alessio was on hand with clear instructions and guidance and made checking in & out easy. We would definitely return to Luciano’s apartment on our next visit to Milano.

This place has been perfect for my sisters and I! It is absolutely beautiful! It felt like home. It was spacious, modern and homely! It is near the city centre so you can walk and has so many lovely restaurants around. Alice and Angela are fantastic hosts! Very attentive, constant communication and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for my next trip!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful flat - it is a gorgeous space, and the location right next to the Peace Arch is fantastic. The host was so helpful - provided multiple google walking tours with great recommendations for shopping, dining, and enjoying the culture of Milan.

We had issues entering the front door as the button on the app was shaded out. Alessandro was responsive each time and finally was able to open the front door remotely. From there on, instructions and access to the apartment was smooth. Thank you for our lovely stay in Milan!

Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Thank you for everything, Chiara💖

Everyone was perfect. The location of the place is amazing, 20-min walk to the city centre and to the main train station. The place is clean, has a really nice view and is in a nice neighbourhood. Also, Stefania is a wonderful host and is a really approachable person. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The apartment was conveniently located near Milano Centrale. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. If you’re not a walker, the metro is very close. There were also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to close the shutters on all windows made it very quiet and dark for a bit of a sleep in. Best of all were the views from the terrace. We loved our stay.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location near a metro station, which made getting around the city very easy. There was also a lovely ice cream shop right next to the apartment. The apartment was clean and matched the photos accurately. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay – would recommend!

Perfect apartment within walking distance of downtown. Delightfully quiet. Nice that the air conditioning was in the living room and bedroom.
