We stayed in five people at the property for only one night, a couple in the ground floor room, a couple on the upper floor mezzanine and a fifth person in the sofa bed on the ground floor entrance area. The apartment is clean, furnished with care, comfortable beds, clean and well soundproofed bathrooms. The host was always responsive to every request when booking, and also provided useful information to park our car in the area. Check-in information has been provided in detail. The only thing is the inability to darken the roof skylights, in fact those who sleep in the living room and in the mezzanine do not have the opportunity to darken or shield the light that enters the skylights, it could be a disadvantage for those who, as in our case, prefer to sleep in the dark. In any case, this is a personal preference. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

We had a great stay at Francesco's place! The apartment is spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped — everything you need was available for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, with very good restaurants nearby, and public transport makes it easy to reach the city center. Caterina's welcome upon our arrival was very warm and appreciated. Francesco was an available, responsive and caring host throughout the stay. Again, thank you for this great experience, we highly recommend this place!

It was a very clean apartment. Perfect size for two people. The location is little far from the city center, but there's a bus stop conveniently located right infront of the apartment. We slept well, but it might be hard for light sleepers since it's on the ground floor.

Really lovely stay at The Blue Spot! The room is perfect for a city break, beautiful and upbeat. Commuting to local attractions was effortless, with the Zara metro stop less than 10 minutes walk. Some great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance too. Would still highly recommend to others! Thanks again both for having us stay! 💙

We have a great stay in Saba’s place. The house is very clean, minimalist and prefect location near to the metro station and market. It’s spacious and very comfortable for short and long stays. Thank you Saba and see you next time when we visit Milan :)

Great location. Milan has excellent tube and tram services and being right by a tram stop was great. I love the tram now and will always use! Lovely flat, and Carrefour 3 minutes away for wonderful food, fruit, wine, water etc.. I loved my stay thank you Antonella.

Exceptional. Everything you need and a little more. The terrace is great for eating and resting. Lots of attention, flowers, bottle in the fridge, books on Milan and others, pasta and sauce. We'll be back!

Great stay in the middle of a very urban area. We really appreciated being able to use the washer/dryer too.
