Apartment holiday rentals in Zollikon

It was a great property, immaculately presented and perfect for two people. Good parking and only a 20 minute drive into Zürich. Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The location is superb, the street and surroundings are beautiful, architecture of the building has loads of character and the interior of the apartment is simply charming. You have everything you need inside, including a space to work at with a laptop (which I did alot of). Access to the tram is literally at the doorstep, and you are so close to main train station and the Old Town. Mario was a super host and always responsive to questions. Just brilliant - thank you for everything! If you stay here and have time, grab a coffee and take the tram to Seilbahn Rigiblik, then take the Funicular up the hill. Enjoy a seat at the meadow with a great view of the mountains,lake and city. On your way back down the hill in the direction towards the Limmat river/Beckenhof Park, loose yourself in the historic architecture and old growth trees of the Oberstrass neighborhood.

Really enjoyed Manuela’s apartment. As others have mentioned the only downside was that it was hard to find in the middle of the night after a long wait in a customs line/our flight landing. It would have been easier to find during the day so I recommend booking an earlier flight (midafternoon not evening.) Five stars on absolutely everything else after it!

The apartment is better than the pictures: large kitchen, large bathroom and large rooms. The living room easily doubles up as a second bedroom, with no privacy issues. The sofa-bed is large and comfy (it’s firm, but I prefer it that way). The apartment is literally a 5-min walk to both the train station and the bus stop — you’ll be in downtown Zurich in around 15 minutes. Evgenij is a truly great host and a very nice person: always responsive, always precise, alway helpful, always kind. We had a minor glitch with the WiFi (which otherwise worked fine) on Dec. 31, and he simply didn’t rest until he had it fixed. Amazing value for money; amazing experience.

Lovely apartment! Super clean / well equipped/ beautiful furnishings/ very spacious for our family of 5 adults . It is also very well located … on a direct train line from airport/ Zurich centre … Zollikon station is just a short walk from apartment . We also were able to walk into Zurich … took around 50 minutes… well worth it for the lake views ! Theresa was an excellent friendly host … communication was quick and informative … throughout the process . Highly recommend this place and would happily return .

We really enjoyed or stay at Studio Sunset. The apartment was quiet, modern, & very clean! The views were dreamlike and beautiful. We had a great time sitting on the roof terrace watching the surrounding mountains and sunset. What a breathtaking view, photos do not do it justice! I got a bit hot so we headed down to the lake to cool down, there was a great little park area with benches and shade. Freddie and Tina were extremely accommodating when we had some questions during our stay. Thank you for the hospitality, I would highly recommend this location!

Monika’s place was absolutely amazing and by far the best stay we had on our 3 weeks thru different parts of Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. If we could give her 1 stars we would. Amazing place, amazing small touches for any travelers needs. I truly cannot say enough positive words and would recommend to anyone to stay here!!!

It was lovely place, pretty close to the town area with COOP departmental store next door. Very elegant designed rooms and nice balcony. Highly recommended for someone wanting to live in peace and witness swiss style of living.

Milan's apartment is amazing and he is very hospitable and friendly. It is located in a large square in the heart of the old town with dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. The Zurich HB train station is a 10-15 minute walk and there is a full-size grocery store a few hundred meters away. We did not expect to need AC in Zurich in June, but the temperature was above 90F for two days, so we were very happy to have AC in Milan's apartment - many rentals do not have it. Note that the unit is on the 5th and 6th floors (plus a rooftop terrace on the 7th), and there is no elevator. Milan's family owns the cafe on the ground floor, and they graciously volunteered to carry the heavy luggage upstairs. If you have an early flight on your way out of Zurich, you may have to carry your own luggage down, but gravity helps. The view from the rooftop is spectacular, the kitchen is well-appointed, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are modern. Very highly recommended.

We had such a great stay. We booked the penthouse for the last couple days of our trip around Switzerland in celebration of my mom‘s 80th birthday. The penthouse was easily accessible with the elevator for my mom. The unit itself was gorgeous with a wraparound patio. We loved all of the windows and the view. The kitchen had supplies that allowed us to prepare meals. The full bathroom was spacious and luxurious, and it was nice to have a half bath as well. Bedrooms were also bright and spacious and comfortable. The place was spotless. I highly recommend and would stay again!

It was great near to the station

I found Tina's place for my guest who visited me in Zurich. We needed a quiet place for my guest to have quality resting time. It was perfect, he felt very comfortable staying in this apartment. The house and the neighborhood is beautiful. Public transport is two minutes walking distance, connected directly to central train station. All main supermarkets and bio shops are there. The apartment is separate on top of a private house, my guest sometimes would meet Tina and her family and said they are very easy going and lovely people. He would gladly stay there next time again.

Hello everyone🙂, the apartment was simply great – just as in the description! Everything was super clean, modernly decorated and very cozy. We felt right at home. Sam & Jenny were extremely friendly and very communicative – if you have any questions, they responded quickly and helpfully. You can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. I can definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime.😃👍 There are good restaurants nearby and you can also quickly make a trip to Switzerland or the Rhine Falls.

We felt right at home. We would really love to stay here again as the apartment was wonderful and the view outside is amazing. The only problem I felt is that at night there is very little lighting on the highway so to walk from station to the apartment is little bit risky post 9:30 p.m. But apart from this every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Nice and quiet apartment with beautiful trails nearby and grocery stores that’re at a walkable distance. Ivan & Mauro also setup the travel pack n play crib for our daughter which as pretty helpful. The hosts are very responsive and provided very clear instructions for checking in, parking and checkout making everything easy. Even though they had setup a pedestal fan for us, the apartment got a bit hot and we had to vent out the patio door in the night for it to cool down. Overall it’s a pretty convenient apartment to stay in Zürich.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

It is very good place, everything is perfect, view is amasing. Host is very kind & helpfull. Respond very fast
