A very comfortable place, it was in condition and is just like the images it shows, it has parking in the accommodation, and is in a quiet and central area of ixtapa, the staff was very friendly from the beginning to the completion of the stay

This was our second stay at the Casitas and it was another great experience. Rita and the staff once again provided excellent service on top of a great place to stay. You won't go wrong making this place your go to in Zihua! An excellent spot for access to all that La Ropa has to offer and just a short ride into downtown for some shopping or whatever adventure you have in mind. It was the Guitarfest 2025 for us this time, but you can rock it at many downtown spots if you miss the festival week and musid is one of your things. Last year we just chilled it poolside and down at the beach. Plenty of food spots nearby and if you just feel like staying in for the day, well Marguerite is the resort chef and an excellent cook. And if you're looking for an great massge you should really check out Alejandro! We both wish we had gotten massage from him last year but now we know. And he comes to the resort on appointment so get him booked quick! I'm very certain Rita would get him booked for you

Very close to Larga beach, easy access to the beach and restaurants in the area

We stayed here for a night to start our holiday and just wow. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay. Beautiful room and stunning balcony. The pool was beautiful as were the gardens. In short, it was fantastic

Erica, her staff, and hotel are wonderful. Anahí took great care of us. The view from the room was breathtaking day and night. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the plunge pool every day. A quick walk to the beaches and local restaurants. Bring a set of earplugs for the morning as the local birds start up around 6:30am, otherwise it is a very quiet and peaceful spot through the rest of the day.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was really chill and we found it to be quite a hidden gem away from all of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to Zihuantanejo and many great Bars, Restaurants and Shopping in the area. The Pool area was really nice with beautiful Landscaping and solid Wi Fi in the rooms and outside to stay caught up on things. The room was clean and comfortable and very well decorated. Lizbeth is very responsive and a really great Host responding to any questions or requests quickly. We will definitely stay here again,

Loved our stay at the Casitas!! We were greeted with Margaritas and guacamole, which was a nice welcome!! Rita was lovely to meet and chat with. The place felt like home. We loved the quiet! So convenient since we were 5 min. to the new pickleball courts and walking distance to the Playa and nice restaurants. We loved our stay!! Highly recommend ❤️

The airbnb was perfect for our group of 7. We rented a car and found the location with no issues & had covered parking. Irma was there to welcome us. All the rooms had a/c, we had hot water and the beds were very comfortable. Victor & his sister went above and beyond to fix a minor issue and it was truly appreciated and made our anniversary even better. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was a nice bonus. The pool was always clean and was a nice way to end the day, in the morning we would all sit in the outdoor living room and have coffee together. We were familiar with the area already and there are a handful of restaurants that are walking distance. it's a perfect spot if you are going with a group.

It is a very comfortable place with amenities around, it is quiet and safe. And the kitchen has everything you need for simple meals. Definitely a great place to economize and have a good time.

Wow, what a view🏖️! David was very responsive to our needs. It was so relaxing to be there. Plus, there is an amazing cook that we thoroughly enjoyed, the food was delicious. They clean up and the price is reasonable! The beach is pristine and long.

It was a great stay. The place is totally renovated, it is as shown, comfortable, quiet, friendly of the staff. The place being petfriendly, my pet super at ease, they gave us a bed, dishes for their water and food, it has a reserved area so that you can stay and do your needs, we could be with her in all the shared areas, even in the pool area, highly recommended if you are carrying a pet. We loved it, in the morning and evening they offer free coffee, in the afternoons they always have fresh tasting water. The area is very well located to go for a walk in the center of Zihuatanejo and be able to move to the tourist centers, you can find all kinds of food around it, shops, etc. I would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Well-established hotel and very friendly

Beautiful place with a complete view of the Zihuatanejo bay. The place is on a hill but we like the daily challenge of going up and down many stairs from our place and the pier, where you find the boat transportation to go to Playa Las Gatas, or many stores and restaurants in the little Zihua town. Roberto was super friendly and very responsive, and at the end our transportation was delayed and he offered to give us a ride to the bus station to continue with our vacation.

Very good place, there was no hot water but with the heat, cold water is appreciated.
