Great place with an amazing view.

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! Great accommodation, great surroundings and great amenities. One bedroom only has a curtain instead of a door, but that was not a problem for us. Great communication

Great place! Great location, right next to the Norwegian Park, perfect for trips to nearby towns. Beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet. The apartment is very nice, clean and well-maintained. Well-equipped kitchen, sunny balcony, clean bathroom, fast internet, easy check-in. I definitely recommend it!

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

The place is great for families with kids. Everything clean and the elevator or The toboggan run is easily accessible! All around great!

The truth is that we feel very comfortable. Everything was as advertised, the house is as it appears in the publication. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Charcoal grill available, full kitchen with basic cooking items. They let us arrive a little earlier and we were able to leave a little later than advertised. Excellent, highly recommended. We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.

We had a fantastic stay! Dave and Dorota were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the hot tub, and taking a dip in the pool. We’d happily come back anytime!

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended
