Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Kitchen: oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub / shower WIFI. Quiet area, 10 min from the center, 6 from plants.

Nice studio "Chalet", renovated in December 2020, for 2 people with Wifi and TV. Large shared terrace with views of the village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn (in winter, see photos). Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee, kettle, toaster, Raclette & Fondue. A double bed (140x200) with storage drawers, a wardrobe, table and chairs furnish the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedding, bath and kitchen linens are available.

Cosy and well-equipped 3.5 room flat with two balconies and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Approx. 10 minutes to the centre, approx. 7 minutes to the Sunnegga-Express (mountain railway) or to the ski bus. Suitable for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds and connoisseurs. Oven, dishwasher, raclette oven, fondue chaud, Nespresso machine available. Also Bed linen, bath towels and towels available. Visitors tax included.

Centrally located, spacious apartment with yard

This house was built by our familiy. You will be welcomed in a spacious, bright apartment (100 m²) with a large yard. There are 2 bedrooms with new king size beds. Here we put special attention on the quality of sleep, thanks to our supplier of healthy sleeping systems. Then you will have a large living-dining room with sofa bed, 2bathrooms, TV and fireplace. The house is located about 300m from the train station.

Chalet A la Casa in Zermatt

The Chalet “A La CASA” enjoys a very sunny location on the north-east side of the Zermatt village. It has an exceptional view of the village and the Matterhorn. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. The house is connected by an elevator from the riverside. About 150 meters to the ski bus station, 8-10 min. walking distance to the center of Zermatt. Laundry in the main house.

The 62 m² non-smoking apartment has a quiet location in Winkelmatten, a little off the center of Zermatt on Findelbach. It is located in a chalet with 5 apartments. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will feel very comfortable here.

Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Skifahren da Zermatt, Saas-Fee und Grächen schnell zu erreichen sind. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ich freue mich auf euer Kommen 🙂

We rent a small, cozy studio for hikers, skiers and Switzerland fans. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the Matterhorn glacier paradise / Schwarzsee in a very well-kept house. The city center can be reached quickly in 10 minutes on foot.
