We are just 5 min. away from train and bus station, 10 min. away from downtown and city center, and 20 min. away from an airport.Just accross the bridge is New Belgrade with shopping malls, bussiness offices, river night clubs... Our cozy, 45 m2 comfortable place is very bright,equipped with a brand new furniture and Norwegian heaters in all rooms, with many beautiful details.It contains: *Living room with high quality sofa bed, cable TV, WI FI, air condotioner...etc. Fully equipped kitchen: - spices, pasta, rice, coffe and tea, etc... *Fully equipped bathroom: - Clean towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, basic cosmetics, washer,washing powder and iron. *Bedroom with king size bed, and closet. If you are going to stay longer than 7 days the bed and bath linen are changed once a week, also the cleaning service is free of charge once a week.  For anyone who likes to explore city by bike we are providing 2 free bicycles. Free parking available. Monte Cristo villa on water is spacious house located only 50m from lake Ada. The house has 300m2, where guests can use cozy living room with river view, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other that beside huge bed has the addition of sofa and jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have wonderful view. House has big terrace on the water ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Visitors have the possibility to use a motor boat for complete enjoyment on the river.

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

I really can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Radovan’s place. He’s an incredible host who really goes above and beyond. The amazing reviews are absolutely true! His place was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. The area is amazing and my wife and I are sad to be leaving. If that didn’t explain how great it was then let me tell you we are already planning our trip back and next stay here and we will definitely be staying at Radovan’s place again. 5 stars all the way! Can’t recommend it enough.

Bright and spacious apartment on the waterfront, ideal for a family - numerous playgrounds, long waterfront walkway, swimming pool and a resident playground in the building. A couple of restaurants within 5 min walk open for breakfast at 8 am. Huge shopping mall with tens of restaurants 7 min walk from the building. Central city parts of Belgrade are 15 to 30 min light walk depending on where you go. Marko was very helpful and easy to reach throughout, meeting us upon arrival himself, even though it was past midnight. Overall a 5 star experience.
