Family-friendly holiday rentals in Zemun

Its a perfect location. We got a person in charge of ours (Nada) and she is just wonderful : helped us with the taxi, with the arrival, answered fast any question and she was great. Nothing wrong can be said from this flat: excellent location, very big flat, reasonnable price, comfortable... If we ever come back to Belgrade, I will book this flat for sure (if available of course). Thank you!!

Nice apartment in perfect location! The apartment was clean and organized. We stayed for a couple of nights and even cooked a big dinner - and we were surprised that the kitchen had even more things than we needed. The building faces a big street with a lot of transport, and it’s even possible to walk in about 30 min to the center. There is a little shop downstairs that never closes (with things like water, sweets). Mirko always replied very rapidly, was super open and flexible with our visit. We are really happy with our experience :)

Nice appartment near Tašmajdan Park with a lot of restraunts nearby. Inside you will find kitchen, air conditioner, washing machine and balcony with a great view on Saint Mark's Church. Very friendly host answer all your questions and offer you help if you need it.

The location was very good, we walked everywhere and the house was very clean and tidy. Marco's brother Milos helped us a lot with the transfer service. When I come here again, I will stay in this house again.

The neighborhood is charming, with plenty of cute cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores just a short walk away. Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

This apartment was perfect for a city break. The positioning is great as you are at a walking distance away from the most popular places in town, and it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is very bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nenad is very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet central area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Plenty of public transportation options are available close by, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for your next trip!

If you're thinking of coming to Belgrade and you're looking for a house, I think you should read this. You should definitely choose this place. The price is extremely affordable, the house is very spacious and 5. There is an elevator in the building. There is air conditioning in every room of the house and it works very well. The location is very close to everywhere, my family and I walked everywhere and never used a bus. There's even a piano at home 🤩 The host is extremely polite, understanding and responds to everything immediately. They help with everything. We came without doing a proper research, but he took a great interest in us. We missed our flight due to a mishap, and he helped us with that, I am very grateful. You can be sure that he is a very good person.

Fantastic place! I saw the pictures, I loved them and I decided to stay there! Everything just like on the pictures. It might be noisy because the windows overlook the road, but at night it was quite ok to sleep with open windows. Location is perfect, everything is withing a walking distance. Ema is great, when you have problems she will help you immediately! The best place to come back!

Everything was great. The room was beautiful, clean, and cozy — though small, it was perfect for one person. The location was very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Kalemegdan Park and Fortress, and there was a nice coffee shop nearby. The apartment was easy to find thanks to the host’s detailed check-in instructions and a helpful document with answers to common questions. The only downside was that noise from the courtyard was audible, but it wasn’t a major issue for me.

we had a very nice stay at Vensa's place. she was very helpful and caring all the time. I highly recommend staying at her place. And she has AC! (it was ver hot outside during our stay)
