Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zell am See

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Very beautiful apartment! near ski rental and ski lift! Hosts are amazing people! 100% recommend and coming back soon!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Really wonderful location with magnificent views. Absolutely as described and we all felt instantly at home. Finally saw the roaming cows on our last night! Truly amazing. Dear Theresia, thank you for this great stay we had in your apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and my three boys were so happy that they were allowed to romp on your property, could be noisy, thanks to the location and were just allowed to be children. It was a highlight when we came home after a day of skiing and then we turned on the beautiful oven, which quickly warmed us all through. The apartment was just to feel good, just like in the pictures and even more beautiful in real life. The kitchen was super equipped, you had everything you needed. Everything was very clean !!! Your hospitality and helpfulness was really warming , you won't find anything like that often today. I can definitely recommend your place and we will definitely be back again. Thanks a lot !

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place. It was an easy walk or ride on the hotel shuttle from the parking area and we were given very clear instructions for check in. Christina was a very responsive host. The apartment was so cute and comfortable and the view was even better than in photos. We loved our visit to the Hallstatt area and would not hesitate to stay at Christina’s place if we returned. Thank you!!

Studio is very nice, clean and well appointed. The location is perfect, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Marianne is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

Had a super nice stay, although the bed is high for small people ;) Host easily accessible/responds quickly and kindly. The area is quiet and easy to walk with a dog. Supermarkets and eateries 10 min drive, but closed on Sundays but we were informed of that.

Nice and super friendly place

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The communication with Michaela was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and cozy for a short stay. You have a great view of the landscape.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We stayed with the family (partner, child and parents) in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Andrea's accommodation. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small downside was that it was quite cool in the house. Also the water in the shower took a long time to get warm and the switch from the rain shower to the handheld shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

I had a wonderful stay at the penthouse in Obertraun/Hallstatt. Everything was just as pictured—if not even better. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. Andrea was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We felt very comfortable. The highlight of the whole thing was that you could use the entire spa and children's area of the Hotel Cristallo (included).
