Großzügiges Ferienhaus,Nähe Salzburg,in der Natur

Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wander- u. Naturschnee-Skigebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das Skigebiet in 5 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2025 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card per Email.

Haus Hetzenauer, Wohnung Nr.2

Unser Haus liegt in sonniger, ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege machen das Auto überflüssig, um das großzügige Freizeitangebot in Brixen im Thale im Sommer und Winter optimal nutzen zu können. Viele Einrichtungen, wie Supermarkt, Trafik, Bäckerei, sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Buchungen im Winter ab 6 Nächte und im Sommer ab 5 Nächte möglich. Keine Kinderermäßigung! An und Abreise im Winter nur Samstag. Anreise im Sommer nur Freitag, Samstag und Montag.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Die gemütliche Wohnung, mit liebevollen alpenländischen Details, bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es fehlt an nichts, um einfach mal ab zu schalten und sich zu erholen. Ob relaxen zu Zweit, Spaß mit der Familie oder den sportlich aktiven Urlauber, die Unterkunft ist passend für jeden. Zentral und doch ein kleines HIDEAWAY in den Kitzbühler Alpen! NEU: Kosmetikstudio im Haus. Termine gerne gleich mit buchen.

Gemütliches Apartment in den Alpen

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.
