I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful apartment, amazing rooftop pool with an even better view. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were very helpful, always asking if everything was ok and if there was anything missing. If I were to return to Croatia I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous one-bedroom apartment in Primošten. The views are absolutely stunning, truly postcard-worthy. The space itself was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for relaxing, and I appreciated how quiet the surroundings were. The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. The hosts were outstanding! Friendly, proactive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. They clearly care about their guests’ experience and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were absolutely impressed with our stay in these apartments! When choosing them, we considered the location, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! It’s only 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the beach on one side, and 2 minutes to the sea on the other. The city center and the nearest shop are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect if you don’t have a car. As for the apartment itself — it fully matches the description. Since we cooked our own meals, we found everything we needed and even more! The beautiful design and cozy details like candles created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to highlight the terrace, which is a very pleasant place to spend time — it’s always in the shade, which is great during hot weather. A heartfelt thank you to our host Mia for her hospitality and quick responses. We highly recommend this place if you have any doubts, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! ❤️

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Man kann einige schöne Plätzchen am Meer finden und dort entspannen. Es gibt in der Nähe auch Bars , Restaurants und einen Einkaufsmarkt sowie Bäckereien. Wenn man mehr erleben will lohnt es sich ein Auto zu mieten. Bus etc. Fahren dort nicht. Das Bett ist sehr gut zum schlafen und auch das Sofa kann toll als Schlafsofa genutzt werden. Rundum waren wir zufrieden.:)

Sehr schönes Apartment! Nur 1 Minute bis zum Meer, ansonsten die Möglichkeit in den Pool zu gehen. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Außerdem durften wir am Abend grillen. Fazit: sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, kurzer Weg zum Meer, am besten mit dem Auto kommen um mehr zu besichtigen oder Restaurants zu erreichen!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Es war blitzsauber und alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Gewürze, Öl, Essig, usw. sind vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Für uns war es toll, dass die Gastgeber kostenlos Fahrräder, SUP, Kajak, Liegen usw. zur Verfügung stellen. Davor und Suzanne sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Davor hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlen kann.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Schade, dass wir schon abreisen mussten. Wir empfehlen Euch definitiv weiter. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Euch - wie zu Hause. Das Meer vor der Tür. Was will man mehr. Steffen, Simone und Astrid

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

It’s an ideal place to stay in the old town great restaurants close by lovely bar restaurant next to us Got a taxi from the bus station 20 euro and arranged with the same taxi to collect us very early on our departure date A little expensive but we needed that security to catch our bus/ ferry Highly recommend her beautiful studio apartment

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The terrace is a great spot for relaxing, with a large sun umbrella for when it gets too hot. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from all that Zadar has to offer. Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend Ivan’s place for a holiday.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped. We stayed in the apartment on the second floor, with a balcony for breakfast in the sunrise. Then we could spend the rest of the day on the terasse on the roof. Beautiful island but difficult to find nice beaches.

Lovely small apartment, about 35mins walk from the ferry so reasonable for getting around. The hosts downstairs were very friendly but respectful so felt very private. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön! Das Apartment mit der Dachterasse war atemberaubend und alles war modern und sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch freundlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfsbereit! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :)
