Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

It is centrally located and is the ideal starting point for your ski holiday in Ski Amadé (journey time to Zauchensee, Schladming, Obertauern about 15 minutes). Cross-country skiers will also get their money's worth here, because it's just a few minutes to the cross-country ski trail. In the summer you can unwind in the countryside and pass the time with hikes or excursions in the Salzburger Land.

Right in front of the casa wii is the cross-country ski route and the winter hiking trail, where you can do your laps athletically but also elegantly. Our apartment house is centrally located and in a very quiet location in the well-known holiday resort of Flachau. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Parking is free. Behind the house is a large green area with a public terrace, lawn and table tennis table. Hand towels, bath towels and bed linens are included.

Our Swiss pine bedroom makes for a restful sleep. The central location allows you to easily reach the local restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets.
