Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Zakinthos

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

Perfect!!! - Olga's accommodation was as described, even more beautiful on Site. Everything was clean and the accommodation very well equipped. Olga and her family gave us a very warm welcome, always responded super quickly to messages and inquiries, and were very helpful. Also we always had our privacy at the accommodation. The outdoor area with the pool and the available seating areas is particularly beautiful and ideal for barbecues. We really can recommend Olga's accommodation to everyone!! Also the location is perfect and much quieter than in Lagana Town, where the party is. The town is easily accessible, and the many other beautiful places on the island can be easily reached, for example, by rental car. We would like to thank Olga very much for the wonderful time we had, the refreshing dips in the pool, and the fantastic hospitality. We have never experienced this kind of hospitality in any other Airbnb - Thank you!!

It was like you are living in your home. And the host was so friendly by welcoming us with some foods and so clear with the instructions.

This vacation was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts are not just great hosts, they are truly amazing people. I am never the type of person to leave reviews, but the hospitality that my family and I received here was something I’ve never experienced. This will forever be the place I stay when visiting the island. It’s a rather private place, and within a 5 minute drive from the main strip. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

Een prachtig huis waar we ons helemaal thuis hebben gevoeld! De ouders van Marilena wonen ernaast en waren ontzettend lief en kwamen elke dag wel wat lekkers brengen <3 Het bubbelbad is ook geweldig! In de buurt zitten niet veel voorzieningen maar met een auto is het een fijne uitvalsbasis. Er is veel reuring in de buurt: in de omgeving wonen veel honden en kippen die 's nachts ook lekker aan het kletsen zijn en op het land wordt vanaf 's ochtends vroeg veel gewerkt, voor ons was dit geen probleem! Als we nog een keer naar Zakynthos gaan, gaan we zeker weer langs Marilena!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles konnte gut zu Fuß erreicht werden, ein Parkplatz für das Auto war ebenfalls immer leicht zu finden. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit schnell, freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren exakt wie angegeben. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden und kann genutzt werden. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, es war die perfekte Wohnung und Lage für mich. Die umliegenden Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, etc. sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa villa. L'host è stato eccezionalmente gentile e premuroso, accogliendoci con acqua e altre piccole attenzioni che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Durante il nostro soggiorno, si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, intervenendo prontamente quando è stato necessario chiamare un elettricista per un piccolo problema esterno e persino portandoci una macchinetta del caffè per rendere le nostre mattine ancora più piacevoli. La casa è molto accogliente e confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo in tranquillità. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, alcuni dettagli potrebbero beneficiare di un po' di manutenzione in più, ma nel complesso tutto è stato al top. Inoltre, l’host ci ha permesso di fare il check-out nel pomeriggio, il che è stato un grande vantaggio e ci ha permesso di godere appieno delle ultime ore di vacanza. In sintesi, è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva e consiglio vivamente questa villa

Fantasitc spot, Nikos is the MAN. Gave us recommendations to restaurants, beaches etc. Anything we needed, we went straight to him and responded right away. He got us a BBQ grill in a matter of hours. Excited that we got to spend our time there. Cant wait to do it again!

By far one of the best stays we have ever had!! The villa was beautiful and had all we needed and more for a group of 8. Harry made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand with advice, support and goodies. We would recommend anyone to stay at Muthee and experience Harry and Annas unbelievable hospitality. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday even more memorable. We will definitely be back 💖🤩

The Villa is even better live than what we expected from the pictures:) Almost no neighbours, stunning sunrises in the morning (viewable from the bed on the 1st floor) and equipped with everything you need. If we had to take a point somewhere, it would be that the waterflow in the shower could have been stronger. All in all, we recommend the Villa:)

We stayed at this beautiful villa for three unforgettable days during our wedding celebration in Zakynthos, and it was nothing short of perfect. The villa was peaceful, spacious, and absolutely stunning the perfect setting to share with our friends and family. Anna and Ilias were the most wonderful hosts we could have asked for. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with a warm welcome and a bottle of delicious homemade red wine. Even provided us eggs for breakfast, such a thoughtful touch! They also provided a room outside the villa free of charge and were always readily available for any questions or help we needed throughout our stay. This villa will always hold a special place in our hearts, not just because it was our wedding venue, but because it truly felt like home. Thank you, Anna and Ilias, for helping make our special time even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Zakynthos

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Fabiana! We were a group of 6 adults and one baby, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional the villa was spotless inside and out, with daily cleaning that kept the entire outdoor area perfectly maintained. The heated pool was a dream, especially with a baby-friendly shallow section that made it super safe and enjoyable for our little one. The jacuzzi was huge more like a mini spa! Perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The BBQ area was a highlight too fully equipped with plenty of seating and ideal for group dinners. We had a few other families staying nearby, and it created such a warm, friendly atmosphere with lots of kids around playing and laughing. Leonidas was an outstanding host friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We were all completely blown away by the experience. Can’t recommend it enough we’ll definitely be back!
