Holiday rentals with beach access in Zakinthos

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

We had a great stay! The hosts are super friendly and nice, the location and view (sunrise!) are perfect and the apartment is very nice and new. Check-in procedure and communication was very easy going and the apartment was cleaned every second day incl. fresh towels. Thank you very much!

The house was really fantastic, clean and with a great view. Socrates is a very communicative person and always answered the phone no matter what we wanted! It helped us a lot with the area, and there's a peace of mind that you won't find so easily! We'll definitely be back and the prices in the rooms are the most affordable one could find! We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience - Ivana and Dionisis were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony is incredible! Even better than the photos. We ended up eating at the restaurant there most nights as the food and wine was so delicious. We would definitely come back!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views were stunning from the room, and all the amenities were provided and super clean. Dimitris was an awesome host, very responsive and friendly and provided great local information and recommendations! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was how they descript the place. Nice and friendly staff, beautiful homemade food at the restaurant. A stunning view overlooking the bay and comfortable rooms, clean and tidy with a daily clean up.

Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

The place is close to the main street of Laganas with many restaurants and small tourist shops and the beach. (5-10 min walk) Yet far enough away that it is quiet. The garden is nice with the fruit trees. The house itself is pretty and everything necessary is available. Dionisis is a very nice host. He also brought us fresh eggs and grapes. The family is very personable and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommended!

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

This villa exceeded all our expectations, the comfort, tranquility, hospitality - incredible. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped in until the second we left, Sakis and his team did everything to make our stay perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Offering advice, helping book transfers and taxis, even a one to one lesson on how to make Greek coffee, Sakis was the friendliest host. Personal deliveries of pancakes and milkshakes for the children from his restaurant just next door made them feel like kings. Sakis helped us arrange a boat trip and advised which was the best value for money which was so helpful. Even though the restaurant is next door it was in no way an intrusion and we wasn’t disturbed. The food offered is lovely alongside a good choice of cocktails and a pool table - what more could you want? We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and we have recommend to family and friends. My advice? Don’t hesitate, just book, you won’t be disappointed.

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

What a special place to stay, the views are even better than the photos show. The house is spotlessly clean throughout with high quality finishes and everything you need. We loved swimming right in front of the house in our private rocky beach but also lots of options for nice restaurants close by and fun activities like renting a boat for the day or a quad bike to explore the rugged coastline. All this and being totally private and away from the crowds so you can relax and just soak up the view. Will definitely come back

Host was responsive and helpful. She was proactive to resolve the city water issues and offered options to help us feel more comfortable. Beyond that, she was genuinely apologetic and concerned about our feeling welcome and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Katerina and her brother Antonis were very friendly and helpful. Katerina even offered us to be allowed to enter the accommodation earlier without us having to ask. The value for money was also great. We personally did not find the beach in front of the door quite as beautiful, but very beautiful beaches nearby were great to reach. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! :)

Great place in a good location!

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place. Super nice terrace. Nice place, not in the middle of the tourists. 10 min walk from Zakynthos town. Host was super friendly.
