Worth every penny; excellent location and Nikolaos does a wonderful job hosting and letting you know what excursions/food options are available. HIGHLY recommend!

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon and it was beyond perfect! The views were stunning and the area was so quiet and peaceful. The villa itself was immaculate and perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway. The outside space is brilliant, especially the BBQ! The location of the villa is on top of a hill so would thoroughly recommend a car, especially to travel around the local villages and towns. Plenty of supermarkets in Vasilikos and would recommend the bakery that’s nearby! Roussa and her sister, Katerina, were really helpful and were on hand for any questions we had. They were quick to respond and more than happy to help. We were very sad to leave but we’ve got memories that will last a lifetime.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Niki was incredibly friendly and sweet – she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She generously prepared delicious food for us, stocked the place with beers and snacks, and even helped us with setting up the barbecue, which made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The villa itself is lovely, but the garden was the real highlight – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax. It was such a peaceful and charming space, ideal for both lounging during the day and gathering in the evenings. Niki’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place – we would come back in a heartbeat!

We felt welcome and it was like coming home when we entered the Villa. Sakis our host was always reachable and was always supportive. The Villa was cleaned every day. We had a wonderful and enjoyable time within a nice location and just 5min walk to a very nice small beach and very nice restaurants. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We can highly recommend sakis Villa without any hesitation. Thanks Sakis for the great hospitality.

The villa was beautiful, very special and we felt safe and peaceful. Andreas came everyday to check the pool and Irena cleaned every two days, both of them very kind and lovely people. Valia’s communication was amazing and she recommended Explore cars to hire a car who met us at the airport and gave us a great deal. There was a huge storm the night we arrived and the place flooded. Valia ensured Irena came by with more towels the next day as we’d used them to stop the water. Stepping out of your garden into the sea is such a wonderful privilege and waking up to watch the sunrise here is incredible.

Argiro is a very caring host. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom is a bit old. There are a few beautiful beaches within walking distance.

Amazing villa and Maria was lovely and so helpful. We were allowed to drop-off our bags due to our early flight time and Maria gave us lots of recommendations and helped us with taxis. The Villa itself was spotless and had everything we wanted. Would recommend having your own transport if you wish you see more of the island.

Everything from start to finish was EXCEPTIONAL. We enjoyed everything the villa had to offer. Private, amazing amenities, location, and luxurious. All was as described and everyone from the property team, gardeners, cleaners and the owner Armando were amazing. Thank you again, highly recommend!

It was like you are living in your home. And the host was so friendly by welcoming us with some foods and so clear with the instructions.

The house is very private, comfortable and spacious. Elizabeth Maria and her daughter are incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay. The house is well situated to explore the island, we also found our absolute favorite restaurant 5-minute walk from the house. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone especially a group of friends or family.

Carol is a FANTASTIC host - absolutely amazing villa! the six of us had a great time exploring the island and coming back to the warmth of Carol's bar, team and food. felt extremely welcome and Carol went out of her way from start to finish to ensure our stay was as amazing as possible. deffo book if you are thinking about it! This is one not to miss!

The villa was in a lovely spot, which felt private and close to nature. Yet it was also easy to walk to several beaches and excellent and well-priced restaurants. Vasilikos is the prettiest part of Zakynthos island in our view and we would go back in an instant.

Lovely home with many extra touches. Definitely would recommend and will stay again.

Beautiful, rustic cottage with a very big garden that provides privacy and peace. The cottage is even nicer than in the photos. You can walk to the sea in a moment in a swimsuit and return to the cottage for something at any time. The stone descent to the sea is safe. 5 minutes from the cottage there is a beautiful, small beach hidden among rocky cliffs (you have to go through the seaside beach bar). It is surprisingly close to restaurants and shops. Mary answers very quickly to all the stupidest questions and requests :) It was a very nice stay

it was a beautiful Place. we had sitting chairs and table outside our room also that I liked. It was very clean and we'll maintained. It was walkable distance from Solomon square, It's lively place. Supermarket , shops nearby. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. Angelika was very helpful , we needed some kitchen utensils and she brought it from market quickly. We really like the concern she had for guest. We really recommend the place and love to be there once again.
