Holiday rentals in Zagrad

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

This Villa was booked for us to have a break away from the busy everyday life in London,the location was above our expectations with everything withing 10 minutes. It was a very peaceful experience at the house, making us feel at home from day 1, we were greeted by the host and family with a warm welcome. Lovely tour of the house and even provided us with fresh fruits and vegetables for our stay, Communication was top tier, with responses to all our questions or requests within a matter of minutes. Ana and Martina made sure we had everything we needed, the locations to coffee shops ,butchers and much more. This break was what my friends and I needed, the trip exceeded expectations and to have a home and host like we did with Ana and Martina, it has been the best experience for us. The house and its amenities were very useful for our daily use, swimming pool cleaned and outdoor space for games. We will definitely be back to the Villa for another trip as it might be our new home.

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

The villa was incredibly well equipped, we were very excited! Above all, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The facility was generally very cozy and modern. I was very impressed with the comfortable bed and the upholstery. There is enough space for 8 people. (Sofa beds were very comfortable) The outdoor area was great. It is quite remote and you have to reach everything by car, a small supermarket is within walking distance. - but good for a quiet vacation. The landlady was super friendly and helpful and always available. All in all a great vacation and it is highly recommended!!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped. Communication and check-in were seamless, and your hospitality made the whole experience even better. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Zadar.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!
