Distance 450 m to Lagan where you can fish with a fishing license. 400 meters to grocery store 950m to city center 1.5 km to Glänningesjö where docks and jumping towers are located. 6 km to Mellbystrand where there is a shopping center and Sweden's longest sandy beach. Easily take the public transport here. Stop Grönkulla about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor ( staircase ) with small wooden deck with dining table and chairs just outside the door.

The home is simple, a kitchen and bedroom with a private entrance in an old brew house. The house is carefully renovated with clay and linseed oil, organic, healthy and recycled materials. The accommodation is not perfect but has very simple style but with warm water and heating. On the property, there are farms, cats and sheep to visit.
