We had an enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could need away from home for 2 nights. The pool was 80 degrees and perfect for our kids!

This was the second time we stayed at this location. We cannot say enough how great this rental is!! Everything is spotlessly clean. The fenced in backyard is great. Rob keeps the pool and hot tub in pristine condition. The fire pit in the back yard is great to sit around at night. We were very lucky to have perfect weather the entire week and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub every day. The location is central to all the wineries and covered bridges. This year we were able to meet Rob when he stopped out to clean the pool...what a nice guy...really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. This is a definite 5 star plus location. The only negative thing and is something that Rob and Cassie have no control over, is the constant barking of the 3 large dogs in the adjacent yard. The only positive thing about them is that you will not need an alarm clock as the dogs will wake you up precisely at 7:30 every morning. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!!!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

The location of the house made attending the events we were in the Pittsburgh area for easy. The house was spacious and allowed plenty of room for my children and their families to be together. Though not needed there was easy access to restaurants and stores etc.

If I could give my stay 10 stars, I totally would! I'm a little biased about the location because I grew up probably around 2 min from Larry & Mallory's beautiful home, so I know the area is wonderful, peaceful and quiet!! Super easy to check in! Very clean! They literally thought of everything!! The only steps are the ones to get down to the basement. Very accessible if you have bad knees, or can't do stairs. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and very inviting. TV in one of three bedrooms, TV in the living room, and a HUGE TV in the basement. Great if you are movie-watchers or tv people. Kitchen has everything you need at hand. The coffee station was amazing! Keurig, French press, whole bean coffee with grinder, creamer, and tea for the tea drinkers! Bathrooms were immaculate, plenty of towels & washcloths. Pool and pool house were stunning! It was like I was staying at a resort! I absolutely would recommend "Robinson Retreats" to everyone & can't wait to go back!

Kari’s Airbnb was a beautiful and spacious home situated on a generous piece of land—perfect for our group of 16, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The house was spotless and exactly as described, with all the listed amenities thoughtfully provided. Kari was a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. When we encountered a minor water issue one morning, her husband promptly arrived with a plumber and had it resolved within a couple of hours. We truly appreciated their quick action and clear communication. It made our stay even more enjoyable! I would stay here on my next trip to Dover and would recommend anyone in a large group do the same!

We had a great weekend getaway. Jody’s house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our three kids to play and spread out when needed. We enjoyed the pool between downpours and felt very at home. Jody was always quick to respond. The home offered more than expected-would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Genuinely would stay again just for the beds. I usually take a while to fall asleep and will wake up in the middle of the night. Every night I’d lay my head down and would be asleep till my alarm woke me up.

The red door definitely made the airbnb easy to find. It was very nice and we enjoyed our time here seeing family. Price is very fair for the space, and the furniture and linens were very clean.

Whenever we’re in the area we stay at one of Raymond’s properties! Great value and always as advertised! Raymond is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond for his guests! Can’t recommend his places enough!

Everything you need is in this delightful home. Little touches impressed me like a clothes steamer and a ring tray next to the bed. The layout and flow of the home is practical, for example there are double wardrobes and a set of full sized mirrors in the master bedroom with room to dress for occasions or events. The kitchen is fully stocked like you were in your own home. It truly made our trip to visit family perfect.

Wayne provided clear instructions for entering and staying in his home. He was very proactive with messages, reminders, and local recommendations. It's definitely an excellent place to stay.

This is a charming cabin set in a quiet and beautiful surrounding. Perfect if you want to get away for the weekend and return to nature. Jeff was responsive with all of our questions and their house was just as deceived. Lovely.

This quiet country home is just what we needed for our visit. The house sets back off the road, it was easy to find/identify. The description/photos of the home and amenities were everything that was promised. Our family traveled with dog(s) and a young child. The home was both pet friendly and school age child friendly, solid wood stair case and sharp edges around fireplace/furniture may pose more of a risk for smaller children. The beds and linens were CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Top 5 most comfortable beds besides my own. Extra linens galore. Towels provided for hot tub, towels/wash clothes for bathing, towels to wipe dogs paws, throws to cover furniture for pet protection, etc. Rochelle is friendly and quick to respond. We needed to modify our reservation and she was more than accommodating. I highly recommend this home if staying in the area.

Beautiful cozy little home!

Boca River was the perfect location for a week’s worth of family activities (graduation & graduation party). Marisol was very responsive to all questions and the house was very well stocked with anything you’d need.

Loved this house. It is as nice as the pictures show. There were 5 of us we all were astounded by the decor and uniqueness of the house. Big rooms, comfortable beds, kitchen well supplied, and very clean. The management people thought of everything. Big fluffy towels, wash cloths, and face towels. Lots of supplies; medical, and travel items such as shave cream, combs, hair dryers, aspirin. A lot of "did you forget" type stuff. Lived staying here and when in Warren again I will try to book this house again.

Tracy and Jenn were very accommodating for our stay. We felt very at home in their Airbnb. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the bed was super comfy! My husband, 8 month old, and I had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Beautiful place to spend our son’s graduation weekend! We loved the amenities, tranquility and the gorgeous peacocks! The place is very private and perfect to visit with family. The real fireplace added an extra touch of coziness!

Tony is an amazing host. Very informative and proactive on questions you might have about the place and if he doesn't know the he will find out for you. The place is beyond beautiful, very industrial age mixed with modern while staying functional. It's a very cool place, every room has something that just makes you go wow
