Absolutely phenomenal stay at Lance and Karin’s home in Lake Wylie, South Carolina! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern old-day charm of the house — a perfect blend of cozy warmth and tasteful design. But what truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking view of the lake right in the backyard. Whether you’re into swimming, canoeing, or just lounging in the beach chairs by the water, there’s something incredibly calming about being so close to nature. And if that’s not enough, the large deck off the back of the house is ideal for sitting back, relaxing, and taking it all in. Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

We had a great stay in Tom’s house. We were staying here for an AAU tournament and this place was very convenient To the sports event center. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweetwater cottage was such a cozy and relaxing spot. It is also close to local restaurants and shops. We came to the area to watch the Coca Cola 600 race. Georgia was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

We felt right at home here. Beautiful home with an expansive backyard leading right down to the water. We spent many mornings and evenings in the sun room just taking it all in. Perfect staycation for us on Lake Wylie. We will most certainly be back!

We absolutely loved it! The house was very nice, clean and all the furniture (including the beds) were comfortable and cozy. The lake views were beautiful and there was plenty of things to do. We made amazing memories with our family!

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. Great stay!! Peaceful and quiet for family time. Lots of nooks for reading and quiet time plus spacious rooms to gather. We loved sitting on the dock. Very pet friendly. Generous incidentals that made the stay convenient.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

My college friends met up for the weekend and LOVED the screened in porch and indoor sofa to gather. The weather was beautiful and we had a nice breeze by the water and plenty of parking for 5 cars. We got to watch the Geese and their babies forage and even saw an owl.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our family with 6 kids. Everything about it was just perfect. We loved the house, the view, the lake. The patio is where we spent most of our time while we were there; it was just beautiful! The host was very helpful and responded so quickly. We highly recommend staying here!!
