Absolutely phenomenal stay at Lance and Karin’s home in Lake Wylie, South Carolina! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern old-day charm of the house — a perfect blend of cozy warmth and tasteful design. But what truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking view of the lake right in the backyard. Whether you’re into swimming, canoeing, or just lounging in the beach chairs by the water, there’s something incredibly calming about being so close to nature. And if that’s not enough, the large deck off the back of the house is ideal for sitting back, relaxing, and taking it all in. As someone who uses Airbnb regularly, I can honestly say this home is a 10 out of 10. My children and wife enjoyed every single minute — from the water activities to just spending quality time together in such a peaceful setting. Hunter's chic cottage on Lake Wylie with full dock and sandy beach was incredible. The property is beautifully situated on the lake and the home is perfect with two extemely comfortable bedrooms, gigantic picture windows in the kitchen and living room with breathtaking views of Boyds cove. House is fully equipped and the outside is also fully stocked with every water you imaginable. Outside seating is plentiful on back porch, dock and around firepit on the beach. I decided on booking this home last minute for a significant event and Hunter went above and beyond to communicate and accommodate my stay. The lake house was fantastic and fun. Also peaceful and relaxing. We loved the original art pieces throughout the home.

Sweetwater cottage was such a cozy and relaxing spot. It is also close to local restaurants and shops. We came to the area to watch the Coca Cola 600 race. Georgia was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

This was probably one of our best vacations ever and my husband and I travel a lot and use several different platforms in booking. First of all the house is described perfectly and the pictures do match. We traveled with 6 adults, a 3.5 yr old, 7 month old and 3 month old as well as our small dog 🐕 and there was sufficient space for everyone. There were numerous games, outdoor equipment including but not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, life vests as well as tether ball and cannot forget the sandy beach. The huge level back yard with lovely outdoor fire pit was perfect for games outside as well as s’mores by the fire. We rented a large pontoon for 3 days and got to see a good amount of the lake and take the grownup kids tubing behind the pontoon. One of the best things about renting this home was the amazing management team. I have never encountered such quick response and couldn’t believe that they showed up twice to the home to correct 2 minor issues. Outstanding!

Helena was extremely accommodating when our plans changed last minute and left us scrambling for a new place to stay. The home is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable!

I must say this is a great place! The house is very nice and very roomy. For the price is worth every bit! Phillip was very helpful and responded about any concern, which weren't any concerns, but the things I needed or asked him about he acted and handled very fast. If you are coming to clt area and need something roomy affordable and worth it look no more!!!!

Kelly’s home on the lake was spectacular. Beautiful surroundings inside and out. She was very friendly and helpful with local restaurants recommendations. Very detailed descriptions made it easy to choose where to go. I highly recommended this house and can not say enough great things about Kelly.

Great stay!! Peaceful and quiet for family time. Lots of nooks for reading and quiet time plus spacious rooms to gather. We loved sitting on the dock. Very pet friendly. Generous incidentals that made the stay convenient.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

Amazing location! Beautiful home and views. Very relaxing too. Our first time in SC. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Located only a few minutes from anything we needed or wanted to do. Our 2 teenage girls really liked the loft room with their own couch and TV. I’m glad we found Ebenezer park just a half a mile away for our little ones to play on a playground. I had asked about a crock pot being there and Jessica made sure there was. I’m a big coffee drinker so the different options and complimentary k-cups were wonderful! We had 1 issue with one of the TVs and Daniel was very quick to respond and help us get it resolved. We would love to book again if we ever make it back down to Rock Hill!
