Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Yolo County

I booked this place for a weekend getaway with a group of girlfriends, and it immediately felt like home—so comfortable, welcoming, and beautiful! The house had plenty of space for all of us, and every guest had nothing but great things to say about the property. Desiree went above and beyond to make us feel at home, leaving thoughtful snacks and ensuring we had everything we needed for a great night. It was incredibly easy to unwind, enjoy each other’s company, and take in the gorgeous river view. The girls are already talking about when we can come back—can’t wait to book again!

Very responsive and attentive hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and were able to host our kids and grandbabies. Sacramento is a fun city with lots to do. This home was perfectly located, less than 10 minutes from downtown.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my son’s graduation. The house was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the occasion. The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night's rest after the festivities. The location was also ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the university and local attractions. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. In fact, our Host went above and beyond my expectations as a first time Airbnb traveler. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations and made my son’s graduation an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable family home near UC Davis.

Beautiful home, gorgeous gardens and the pool and hot tub are not large, but so so great for traveling with younger kids. Waterfall in the pool, chef’s kitchen. 3 bathrooms. Feels private and Davis is just an amazing city to visit particularly if you have young kids! This property allows for easy access to ride your bikes (mostly without the bother of sharing the road with cars!!!) Bring pool floaties, bikes, bike trailers and ice chests! Spend a Weekend here and teach your kids to be safe in the water and ride a bike all in one weekend!! Hosts are very responsive and kind, owner clearly loves this property and the landscaping is beautiful. Loved it!

The house was even better than the pictures. It has a super cute backyard. It felt like they really paid attention to details like having extra towels and the sheets were soft. Fully stocked kitchen, the first night we cooked our meal there. We were gone most of the time at wineries my only regret is not spending more time at the house. They were very responsive with any questions. I hope they have availability the next time we come to Napa.

Alysia’s house was beautiful. I had a large group with a lot of kids and they enjoyed the house. We were able to spread out. We came during the 100 degree weather which the pool came in perfect for them to enjoy. The kids loved the pool. The backyard was big and beautiful. Everything about the house was perfect

Our stay was fantastic. The house, property, and all of the amenities were so awesome. We enjoyed all of the areas outside and the great space inside. We attended Bottlerock and this was a perfect distance away but not too far to stay. We enjoyed the house almost more than the festival. The beds and pillows were great!

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful outdoor space. Large, open indoor space. Host was kind and willing to accommodate for future needs.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.
