Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Yolo County

5 stars is the max but I'd like to give this place 7 stars if I could. Just like the pictures, fantastic location, awesome communication Completely A+

This was a quiet and lovely spot to stay while attending a conference. It was conveniently located and felt incredibly safe. It was a quick walk downtown for dinner and easy drive to my meeting. The chickens were quiet and I enjoyed the eggs! Would happily stay here again.

Cute home. Clean, close to stores and restaurants. Daniel was extremely responsive. Great place to stay in West Sacramento. The only thing that would have made it any better was if there was access to a washer and dryer. When traveling, we like to be able wash clothes when we need it..luckily we were able to find a laundromat nearby in a safe area. Other than that it was the perfect stay.

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

This is a really great place. Perfect for visiting Davis! It’s in a fun, quiet neighborhood. Lots of trees and walking paths. Josh was really helpful and we felt right at home. I’m glad we were able to stay here! Highly recommended!!

Rita's place was very clean and spacious, it was perfect for my family. It was probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The personal touches to the stay were very nice. We were there for three nights for a wedding in Napa, it was a great value for the price and not too distant. My parents and my wife both found the stay to be relaxing. I would definitely stay again!

Irina’s home was the perfect stay with all the amenities of home with accommodations for multiple sleeping arrangements. Irina was very proactive and quick to respond to communications.

The home was just as described. Very cute place, the neighborhood was actually very quiet. Although we didn’t get to use the backyard much because of the heat wave, The backyard was beautiful. Great place to sit and enjoy. Host was responsive.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Very easy check-in. hosts communicated very clearly, and we're very helpful if I had any questions.

Great location, and impeccably clean. Loved having two bathrooms! Within walking distance of everything I needed. Back yard is a great little spot to enjoy a quiet evening. Very nice place to stay for a few days.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

I had an amazing experience at this place! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and easy to access thanks to the helpful instructions provided. The hosts were also very accommodating—they honored a request I made before booking, which I really appreciated. Parking is a bit of a toss-up, as it’s mostly street parking, but I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to others and will definitely be rebooking if it’s available again. A truly great stay !
