Photo ID of guests must be available upon request My house has three , basic, single-bed, rooms and one double-bed room. Most suitable for CLEAN, HYGIENIC and quiet guests. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE SHOES in the fully carpeted house. Use of kitchen is limited to use of microwave oven only; no cooking on stove. I expect you to leave the room(s) as you were given. Bathroom is NOT cleaned after EVERY guest. Self serve basic breakfast. Parking is on street and not on driveway of the garage.

We had a wonderful stay at this property — everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. No complaints at all about the accommodation. However, I have to express my frustration with the city of Sacramento itself. I honestly don't understand how people manage to live here with the current state of the roads. The road quality is shockingly poor — full of potholes, bumps, and neglect. It really makes you question where all the tax money is going and what the elected officials are doing. Maybe it’s time for the voters to consider replacing those in charge who can’t even deliver something as basic as safe and decent roads. I’m honestly appalled.

Joe was an incredible host! His communication and attention to detail really set the tone for an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully organized, and had such a calm, stylish vibe. One of the things that really stood out was how thoughtful Joe was with all the treats and little extras he provided, it seriously went above and beyond what we expected. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. My partner and I loved every minute of our stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for our next trip to Napa. Highly recommend!
