The place was so homey, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for a family to stay. Eventhough the place is in the middle of packed neighbourhood, we had a great rest because it was so quiet. Will be in my list for a place to stay. Thanks Kristy for the hospitality.

Super recommended, no doubt

Emi is a responsive host, he even upgraded our room to 2 bedroom one without any charge as some circumstances happened but that's good deal for us. Thou some things are missing there but it's a minor one and we can find the things easily on mini market across the road with really affordable price. Thou it's bit outside of the central but online taxi is easy to book if you want to go anywhere which was not that bad considering we were travelling with a toddler. lots of restaurants nearby and mini market that sell things that you need just across the road. Not everything's perfect but overall it's a quite great experience with the accommodation, would recommend 😊

My 2nd time here! An absolute love staying at Ade's place. This has to be my ultimate stay in Jogja whenever I visit in any occasion. Message to all of you: make sure to wake up around 5.30AM and see how beautiful the sunrise sneaking from Mount Merapi right on the window.

We travelled with 1 elderly, 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. Great things to note: - It was easy to reach the house and the parking lot fits 3 cars - Bedrooms and common spaces are spacious and clean - The aircons and refrigerator are working well - No issue with water heater nor water pressure Things to improve: - Could use few additional mugs (currently there’s only cups) - No toilet paper - Bathrooms at 1st floor could use proper exhaust to reduce the odor from the sewage What we love: - Room number 5 has 2 king and 1 single bed with mezzanine inside - Proper internet connection

I stayed at Dilla's place for 5 days with my in-laws from Malaysia. Dilla's house was a perfect place to spend time together with my family. The location is excellent. It is safe, secure and very quiet. Many sights are within easy walking distance, and transport is readily available. Boskoro and his family were excellent hosts. We would all happily stay there again on our next visit to Jogja.

A very comfortable and safe homestay, complete facilities, 2 kitchens, there is a private kitchenette with an electric stove so it feels clean and does not cause bad smells, and there is a shared kitchen in the back, perfect if you want to cook with large/many portions. A bathroom with a large bathtub and the interesting thing is to set up hot water there is a degree, so the level of heat can be adjusted to your needs. There is a Smart TV available Netflik with religious films, along with a sofa that can be arranged in a slope and equipped with a leg rest, perfect for nobar. Behind there is a son boarding house equipped with a prayer room, but with a separate door and garage with a sagan castle villa, so that privacy is maintained, especially for honeymoon couples. And there's a hangout in the back with boarding kids and a private hangout in front of the villa, perfect for those who like to hang out while drinking coffee/smoking or just relaxing.

Great location if you want to be in the center city- close to restaurants and all the action. Supri was helpful and help make our stay pleasant. There was plenty of hot water, towels and essentials!

suitable for large family vacations, fast response owners and very helpful if you need anything, even if you park far away but it's still helped to park and carry things

The host is very friendly, the villa keeper is very nice and quick in responding to anything we need while at the villa. Comfortable at home, close to the center of jogja, it's easy to find food and convenience stores nearby

The house is modern and really spacious. It can be for 10 more people. Large living room. There are 2 bathroom TVs there are also 3. It's great for a family vacation, the host is also friendly and very helpful. It's a pity but it's not perfect for photos inside the house 😭
