Holiday rentals with breakfast in Yogyakarta City

I enjoyed my stay here while attending classes at Wisma Bahasa, which was just a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The house is on a dead end, which means that there is virtually no road noise which is quite pleasant. My room was well furnished and kept in tip top condition by the house helper. Ibu Siska was quick to respond to any issues as well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for me, and Ibu Siska was happy to accommodate any specific requests. Ibu Siska was also kind enough to let me use the kitchen for cooking my own dinner. Overall, highly recommended.

The place was amazing! Feels like grandma’s house! It was clean, cozy, authentic, classic! The host was very helpful, friendly, easy to communicate, best service from Bu Dyah! Even we got breakfast compliment! Worth the price Thank you so much! Very recommended place to stay in JOGJA!

I stayed at Dilla's place for 5 days with my in-laws from Malaysia. Dilla's house was a perfect place to spend time together with my family. The location is excellent. It is safe, secure and very quiet. Many sights are within easy walking distance, and transport is readily available. Boskoro and his family were excellent hosts. We would all happily stay there again on our next visit to Jogja.

Matches the description. Beware, there’s a cctv inside the unit(villa) but we politely ask to switch off and put a tape over it as 1 of my friend is wearing hijab and wanted to protect her privacy. The pool is very open, hence no privacy, we only used to pool once, very late at night. This villa is connected to a cafe, (one of the best cheese cake i’ve ever eaten), so minimum to no privacy during the cafe opening hours. Take notes if you want to come back to villa late at night,because the gate will be lock and u need to call the owner in advance to inform the guard to open the gate, (minus point) we felt bad because we went back super late one day and had to disturb the guard. Overall everything was ok, 👌 Notes : hope host will put more rubbish bag and kitchen soap.

We stayed at several Airbnbs in Indonesia. This apartment was really comfortable. It was small, but there was enough space. The rooms were clean. Most importantly, the host and her friend were very helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. The best part was the included breakfast – it was absolutely delicious. All in all, very good experience.

I stayed at Ndalem Soemodiputran from May 10–12, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to iconic spots like Malioboro Street and Tugu Jogja, which made exploring Yogyakarta so convenient. The property matched the description perfectly—cozy, clean, and exactly what we expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jogja!

The place is located in a very strategic area but still in inner ring road.. Many restaurants around and souvenir shops.. The room is clean and comfortable.. Prayer equipment such as sajadah and Quran are provided too... Kitchenware is provided but limited.. Great place to stay for a long period.. Agata is a very nice host.. She gave very fast response and tend to our needs and make sure we have a good experience during our stay...

We loved staying at Amaire Jogja's place, the place is beautiful and conveniently located. There are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The communication with Dian was smooth, she was very flexible and a real sunshine. Dian gave us many tips and was always quick to respond to our questions. Overall highly recommended! :)

Great place to stay. It’s not in the centre but easy-cheap Gojek/Grab will take you to touristic places in 10’. So it’s a good/peaceful location to have a base and it’s not expensive compared with places in centric locations. Everything went well, easy to check in and be independent. I could leave my luggage the day of check out that was great too. Thank you very much!

Omah Capung is a great place. Clean, with bfast, spacious. Malioboro street is abt few hundred metres away, if you dont mind walking. But there are plenty of rickshaws if you're lazy to walk. Convenience stores are plenty, food shops/stalls, and one particular cafe called Senja Coffee & Memories to chill/work if you want. Will definitely stay here again.

The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. the room is spacious, the air conditioning is cold, the mattress is clean, the room is also clean, the bathroom is clean and neatly arranged. There's a front pool of the room. The pool was clean, too. The host is very friendly, giving clear instructions. Anyway the best. The place is other than aesthetic, comfortable, also clean. In the city center, so anywhere is easy.

We loved staying here! It was such a peaceful place. Lovely pool and well designed room. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was great trying different local breakfast dishes. Highly recommend you stay here if you want something relaxed and peaceful.
