This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

I enjoyed the stay in this more local part of town. lots of shops and restayrants to eat from and buy groceries. best of all. view of the volcano from the balcony intetnet stability

nice. very good. the place is clean. the facilities are super complete, there are fewer pillows, soft mattresses, there are extra beds 2 folding beds. It's a smart tv, feel at home

I can call this house as a hidden gem for one big family holiday : 4 rooms and a private pool.. This was my second time staying at this beautiful house, and it was just as amazing as I remembered! The pool is a definite highlight—perfect for the kids to enjoy—and the overall ambience is so warm and relaxing. ❤️ The design of the house is thoughtful and unique, beautifully reflecting the heritage of Jogja. It really adds a special charm to the whole experience. A big thank you to the owner and staff for their excellent hospitality and smooth communication. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

A very comfortable, clean and modern place to stay. Educating about waste processing, it's really cool. Both rooms are equipped with a comfortable springbed. Work chair table. One foam mattress is also available for extra beds. Great point. Not too far from town. Spacious, cool ayem. Thank you for an ecofriendly stay

the place was in very strategic location with big parking space, very easy to be found, and closed to city center. the host was responsive and very helpful. when I get there, I was amazed with the design of the villa. traditional and modern combined. very private. its next to a cafe some sometimes you can hear musics coming from the cafe from the main bedroom. but not loud enough to bother us. lots of kitchen stuffs like stove, rice cooker, utensils, drinking water, fridge, even the host provide us quite number of eggs. very helpful for visitor with family and children. it has 3 rooms I can say. 1 of them has no AC. but it had a fan. overall its a pleasant stay for family. will definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family.

Annisa, as the host, was very responsive. The place was comfortable and felt like home. It's also quite close to Malioboro (about 10–15 minutes away). Easy to find and accessible as well.

Booked this for my mom and our family and they had a good time stayinh at Andrean’s place. The place was clean and they let my mom to drop off her luggage ahead of time before check in.

The accommodation was really good. Very spacious and included a full kitchen and hot water. extremely close to everything. Only issue is the place has these long horizontal holes at the top that run around the whole house, which let in a lot of mosquitos into the house

The place is clean, all facilities are very supportive starting from washing machine, kitchen, tv, hot water. Strategic and quiet place, and easy to find as well. The house is clean, so it's comfortable to occupy.
