The Villa where we stayed was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, had wifi facilities, cable TV, awesome location, easy road access and very friendly communication with Mr. Adi as the owner of the house. It is suitable for families who want to vacation in Yogya. We highly recommend this place as the best choice vacation spot in Yogya for local and foreign tourists. Really hope to come and stay at this place again.

Stay dsni dgn keluarga besar slma 2 malam, rumahnya homey bgt, taman ckp luas untuk bsa picnic breakfast ddpn kolam kecil, kamar cukup nyaman, tim housekeeping sangat responsif dan komunikatif. Hanya sedikit mohon diperhatikan utk kebersihan lantai dan lemari pantry, saya sampai harus menyapu ulang krn msh ada debu2 di kamar dan area ruang tengah, untuk lemari pantry agak lembab sehingga harus mengelap ulang perabotan makan. Tapi overall menyenangkan menginap disana, keluarga juga happy, terima kasih utk mba Andriani, pa Dendi dan pa Tri, sehat dan sukses terus !

Our short stay at Griya Utomo was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, which made it easy to communicate. Regarding the space itself, everything in the house was spotless and worked really well. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure & hot water were perfect. Although we were not able to use the barbecue facilities, this placr would be a great place to gather with max. 6 of your friends. There is also an outdoor kitchen with peninsula (bar-like) which would be great to be used as a space to talk with your friends and family. What impressed us the most, though, was the garden, Goa Maria, and Joglo which were in the same space as the house. All of these combined made our stay really pleasant and calm while still being close to the city. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

La villa est d'une qualité exceptionnelle : la décoration intérieure est superbe, les équipements de grande qualité (matériel hi-fi au top), la piscine est sublime et le séjour autour extrêmement agréable. Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses et il y a 16 vrais couchages repartis dans 7 chambres avec 7 salles de bain. Nous étions 11, autant dire que le confort était parfait. L'emplacement est plutôt bon, les abords immédiats ne sont pas très intéressants mais il faut simplement 15mn à pied pour rejoindre Malioboro street. En résumé, une grande villa juste parfaite et de qualité pour un groupe.

Feels like home! easy to find the location on google maps. walking distance to Malioboro street. even tho we checkin so late around 4am (because just descend from gunung slamet in bambangan), the housekeeper patiently wait for us and give us checkout @ 2pm 😊 definitely will come back here again! really love the ambience of the house.

The villa was perfect for our stay, it was really nice to have a pool and rooftop. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It was in a great location, close to the train station and Malioboro street.

Meggie is one, if not the best, host I’ve ever had over 15+ years of travelling. She took care of everything, literally: driver, activities, meals, everything was perfect. And the villas are lovely! On top of it, we really enjoyed our chats with her. Should you stay in the Yogyakarta area, you will miss something special if you don’t stay at Meggie’s place. Trust me!

A beautiful villa that matches the photos and descriptions. The pool was a hit for the kids. They have 24hr staff next door, a helping hand was moments away. A kaki-Lima sets up in front of the house each morning, so delicious and affordable breakfast food was close at hand. Also a well-stocked warung and masjid are just around the corner. Very comfortable! Would book again

i came with family, the villa was clean, location near from city center, the pool make complete, the kitchen was equipped.. the villa is great, we'll be back next time

I'm very satisfied with this villa! The huge pool was a highlight for our family gathering. Its strategic location in the heart of Jogja also made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. However, one thing to note is the presence of many ants around the villa. Perhaps using Hogasan could help address this issue. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for families or groups looking to spend quality time together in Jogja.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It’s peaceful, tranquil, and has such a special vibe—something beautifully timeless that reminded me of the home I grew up in. It blends traditional charm with modern comforts in the best possible way. We came here for a family vacation, and everyone had a fantastic time. My mom loves to cook for the family, and she was delighted with the fully equipped kitchen that had everything she needed. The kids practically lived in the pool, swimming twice a day and having the time of their lives. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back!

A comfortable villa like at home, clean, only if you can advise the swimming pool should not have too much chlorine. but overall this is an ok villa

I like to stay in mba Shinta’s villa because there’s a parking space for up to 4 suv car, the room was big enough and there’s a extra bed if you need for your kids! Thanks mba Shinta. And the exterior feels like in Bali. The place is in Bantul but near from Prawirotaman, so if you want to go get some Gelato from Tempo Gelato Prawirotaman just 9 mins, Jogja was so hot! Overall, I’m really enjoy to stay on Wabisabi villa!

you can swim and play billiard here, there is 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom so you can go with family and friends, and there is many room to gathering, you can see the sky while sunbathing too..

Suited for a family or group trip. Has 3 bedrooms fit for 2 at each room, located at the back side of main building, suitable for those that require privacy. A little bit damp at first, but recovered by AC. Main building has 2 beds that can be used for sharing. Parking lot can comfortably accomodate 2 cars. Not so far from both downtown and Kaliurang area. Many cafes nearby, also in reasonable distance for online food delivery.

Absolutely amazing stay! I had an incredibly satisfying experience at this villa. The service friendly, and helpful staff (there were 4 people who took great care of us). The entire place was spotlessly clean, with daily room cleaning. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom and even a personal fridge, which was super convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the rooms cool and comfortable. We also got free snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The villa has a very spacious parking area, and the swimming pool was not only big but also aesthetic. One of the best parts was the chill-out area upstairs with a direct view of Mount Merapi, absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
