Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Take it easy at Wildacres Cabin-a unique and tranquil getaway. Leave the city and traffic and view a night sky full of stars. Hike and explore all 62 acres. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

There is still a lot to do once the sun goes down; soak up nature watching deer just off back porch or sit by a fire under the stars. The Cottage offers a cozy renewal where you can cherish time with friends, family and fur babies all year long.

The B Cottage in Shiner

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

Only 15 miles from the Formula One race track and 30 miles from Austin, you can be close to everything while getting out of the city hustle and bustle. On the other hand, Lockhart has plenty to offer, so you can also just come and enjoy relaxing in this cute slice of Texas.

Abundant wildlife and amazing views from the covered porches. Complete with a barbecue pit outdoor dining area and an amazing outdoor shower w/hot/cold water. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Come relax in this freshly renovated apartment attached to our historic home. When you stay with us you'll have the whole apartment to yourself as well as a private entrance and garage. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, a 55 inch smart TV with multiple complimentary streaming services, as well as a washer and dryer. We can't wait for you to be our guest!

The Otto House

The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
