Excellent accommodation, very tasteful, very nice, clean, with everything necessary for our stay, both in the kitchen and the bathroom and the other areas, they made us feel at home, also super close to supermarkets such as Oxxo and Soriana, also walking 15min you get to the center. Pedro is always attentive and helpful, very kind.

This is a service like the one we all hope, I have stayed in several in this area, and this service was excellent, nice and value for money, definitely that way should be all the services, Mr. Bogar and co-host supported us a lot, spacious place, we felt right at home, I definitely recommend it, if it is available, rental is worth it.

Large apartment close to centro. Lage grocery store (Mega) and laundry service are a few minute walk. Fruit market and Oxxo are steps away. Many street food vendors are also steps away. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs. The apartment is large and has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a large cooktop & oven (gas), large refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Weekly cleanings were offered for a small fee. The living room gets full sun in the morning and does not have any shade/window coverings. Window shades would be nice to block the sun, but is not a deal breaker. The apartment has an on demand water heater, providing unlimited hot water. A nice feature. A large roof top deck is off one of the bedrooms which is shaded from late afternoon until sunset. The host provided a ride to and from the airport for a small fee which made check in and check out a breeze. Also, the host speaks very good English.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go jogging in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any need I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

Ms. Angeles was always looking out for us, and she was very kind. The place is very nice and quiet, it is very close to the center, about 7 minutes walking. And the accommodation has everything you need, I would definitely stay here again.

A good place near the center of the City, if you attend events at the General Auditorium of the University of Guanajuato, it is an excellent option. Consider that in Guanajuato there are slopes, stairs and alleys everywhere. Vianney is an excellent host, she frequently kept in touch to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

The apartment is amazing, very comfortable and very nice. Marcelo was always very attentive and aware of our needs and to clarify any questions or problems about the place and even to give us tips on places and activities to do. I would definitely stay there again next time

This place is amazing, there's a small bakery right in front of it which makes having breakfast on the rooftop incredible. The space is very clean from the moment you walk in and I love how close it is to center of everything. 1000/10 will visit again soon.

Nadia's attention was excellent, there was constant communication. The flexibility of hours to use the airbnb was accessible. Excellent service.

The house is quite comfortable inside, a little difficult to meet but everything very well, the rooms super comfortable, the house has a spectacular view on its terrace, central to tour Guanajuato walking, it is located in a quiet place and the hosts with attention 1000/10 Super recommended purple house!!!
