Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Yerbabuena

We had a delightful stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Judith was an awesome host, always helpful, responsive and ready with recommendations. The area is very quiet, which we loved, and the internet is fast. There is also covered parking if you have a car. It’s up a steep hill from Guanajuato center, but there is a funicular within 10 minute’s walk that takes you straight down the hill and right into the center of town (and back up again, when you’re ready). Or there are plenty of very reasonably priced taxis; we never had to wait more than a few minutes for one to come by. Guanajuato is charming, and if you like music, especially, there is plenty to choose from.

The house was bigger than expected. Pleanty of rooom for our group of 8. The house is about 12 minutes walk from the main city, it is up hill but manageable. The view from the upper terrace is magnificent, we enjoyed sitting there at night. There is an OXXO near the house, very conviniente and opened late. Overral we had a great stay.

La casa esta muy espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para estar comodamente. El vecindario es tranquilo y hay espacio para estacionar el carro y esta seguro. Los cuartos son muy amplios y tienen ventiladores a la mano. Lo unico es que se anuncia como que tiene aire acondicionado (como mini-split) pero en el cuarto que nos quedamos solo estaban los ventiladores de techo y uno de pedestal que fue lo que usamos para pasar la noche. Por lo demas todo muy bien y limpio.

This house was an absolute gem—full of character and charm, and so much more personal than a standard Airbnb. On top of that, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly located, just a short walk from everything. The highlight was the incredible view over the entire city from the spacious terrace and the top-floor room—the perfect place to start the day. The host was amazing: super responsive (always replied within minutes!) and gave us fantastic recommendations for cultural events, sights, and great places to eat. There are a few quirks, like steep stairs and a nearby bar that plays music in the evening—but the music always stopped by midnight, so it never disturbed us. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back anytime!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elvira’s place. The spacious terrace overlooking Guanajuato is simply stunning - the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. Elvira herself is a gem: warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommended!

La casa de Ana es súper linda, pasamos Un fin de semana muy cómodo , el lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, hay algunos aspectos que mejorar para que sea perfecto como algo de luz calle de entrada ya que el Lugar es muy obscuro, sin duda regresaría.

Todo excelente!! muy cerca de los puntos de interés, cumple con lo que ofrecen, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de todo, estacionamiento propio y seguro ya que es muy importante

Gisela es una excelente anfitriona, el lugar muy bonito, con una excelente vista a la ciudad. Fue como estar en casa, la limpieza y el orden excelente, fue fácil el acceso, y Super bien que cuenta con estacionamiento. La zona es muy tranquila y segura para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Quedé fascinado 👌🏾

Our stay was very enjoyable. The space has been painted in wonderful cheery colours and is very well laid out and clean. Stewart and Marie were very helpful when we had questions regarding transportation etc. and always responded right away.

Excelente lugar para una persona, con lo mínimo necesario para una estancia de varios días. La localización es perfecta, pues en mi caso quedaba cerca de la Universidad y también de caminando o en bus podías llegar al centro muy rápido. Además está cerca de OXXO, Aurrerá, bancos y lugares para salir a correr en las tardes. La atención de Paulina fue impecable, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad que tuviera y dispuesta a ayudar . Son dudas consideraría este lugar para volver a alojarme en el por motivos de estudios.

Me encantó la estancia , súper buena ubicación cerca de todo lo turístico , súper limpio y una vista espectacular , Gracias !

This place was everything you see in the pictures plus more! We really enjoyed our stay in Guanajuato. Alex made us feel right at home and was very accommodating.

This location is absolutely gorgeous! You have a wonderful view of the city day and night. Accommodations were great, with two bedrooms and two baths, as well as a ready-to-use kitchen. It's as beautiful on the inside as it is the outside. I had a wonderful week staying here, and hope to return in the future! One recommendation for future guests: comfortable shoes to tackle the stairs. It was a lovely experience!

Absolutely lovely house, with a great view of the city, and away from the noise of the center. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and accessible. As the crow flies, it's very close to the center, but up a steep hill. The stairs to the neighborhood are even and well-maintained, but mostly we were lazy and took the funicular to and from the Pipila monument, which costs $40 MXN and is a 5 minute walk (plus a few dozen stairs, and a short hill to the house itself). There are lots of snack stalls around El Pipila and some small markets for necessities even closer. Monica and Samuel are wonderful, on-site hosts and helped us out with recommendations, water, and a taxi to the airport. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, indoor temperatures were comfortable during a hot June. We loved our time here and would recommend it unequivocally unless you absolutely can't manage stairs, since there's some stairs up to and within the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

El lugar es muy bonito, inclusive mejor que las fotos!! Excelente para pasar un rato en familia o con amigos, todo está planeado para que tengas una estancia maravillosa y sin inconvenientes. La comunicación con el host fue rápida, amable y muy atenta. Recomiendo 100%

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

If you are looking for an authentic living experience in Guanajuato, this is the place. Casa Paulina was located less than 10 minutes, maybe even 5, from the lively center of the city, which made it easy for us to access the many museums, restaurants, and tours available within Guanajuato and out. The house itself was super charming (historical even), clean, and had an amazing view. Most ammenities were available and working, although I might suggest checking the functioning of the microwave. And while I went with a two other women, older I might add, the area was safe and for the most part easy to get to (my grandmother with a bad knee was able to walk up the callejon 2-3 times per day). I appreciated the responsiveness of Mr. Mundo and his ability to share helpful information regarding food and city life. Overall, it was a successful stay at Casa Paulina and would definitely choose this home again.

Está muy cómodo, y es fácil llegar desde el centro. Llevamos carro pero nos movimos siempre a pie porque todo está accesible (muy cerca de la universidad de hecho). El carro lo dejamos en la calle Alameda, y estuvo seguro 👍🏻
