Lovely house close to Vallåsen with large terrace

Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

The Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg Park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco fixtures, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone-laid patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you have to crawl up on the sofa and light a fire in the fireplace.

Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

Our idyll in Hallandsåsen, close to lake and Vallåsen

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The cabin is small and cozy, there are a total of 8 beds but the sofa and dining table are more adapted for 6. Here is the forest just around the corner and only 350 meters to the lake where you can swim. For those who like hiking, there is Björsåkra nature reserve just a couple of km away. For those who want a little more speed and fan, there is Kungsbygget Adventure Park 3 km away and it is 8 km to Vallåsen bikepark.

Cozy cottage in quiet Fasalt

Welcome to our cottage in the quiet area of Fasalt! The cottage is located just 30 minutes from the beautiful sea in Mellbystrand. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away in Örkelljunga. Pool is a few minutes walk away, and is open from mid-June until the end of August. The cost of using the electric car charger is added. SEK 2.5/kWh. Please let us know before if you want to use the charger.

Korsaberg, a guest house on the countryside

Very fresh and light studio on the second floor with kitchen, dining table double bed and bed sfa. Exit from the room to own terass withview to west and the foresst and a field. Bath room with shower is on the first floor. Within 5km there is two lakes with beach, 15 min. drive to the sand beaches in Lahoms bay, close to forrests and naturparks. Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.
