This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

Excellent home. It’s a very private location at the end of a quiet 4 home street. Won’t see or hear the neighbors at all. Easy drive to Ithaca, great hiking, local farms, and Watkins Glen. The pool is great, secluded and in all afternoon sun. Great for relaxing. Fire pit has all you need - dry firewood, Fire starters, s’mores kit, and sticks. Corn hole too. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well designed. If you are taller than 6’5, the master bathroom ceiling might be slightly low for you but the bathroom in the main level would be fine. Definitely recommend this gem

I loved this place so much! We are definitely going back at some point in the summer for that pool! But everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! The house was so cozy but huge! It felt like we’ve been there forever when we got there, the hot tub was so relaxing especially with the view! I love this place and the driveway isn’t that bad but you will definitely need 4WD! It’s like a fun slow roller coaster lol😂! We also saw a group of turkeys every morning and they were so cute!

Such a beautiful peaceful property. We really enjoyed the amazing pool and the wonderful space. Kenneth was very welcoming but still allowed us to have our space to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Can’t wait to book again! 🤗

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay. Me and two of my close girlfriends had a wonderful time. We had a severe storm one evening that went though that caused some issues on the road getting to Martin’s place. He was there in the morning to check it out, got equipment there and had the road fixed very quickly. Very responsive host. Would love to stay here again.

Felt like "grandmas house". Wonderful seating for gathering spaces inside and outside with family. Beautiful morning front porch to watch the horse and buggies drive by while sipping coffee. Kitchen had all we needed which is always important! Quiet neighborhood, friendly corner market to walk to. And we even got to appreciate an evening fire at the pit. Marie was always responsive when I had a question. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. The location is close to nearby attractions like watkins glen. The kitchen has a very good view of the Keuka lake. We loved sipping Nespresso in the morning with the lake view.

A beautiful and peaceful home on the east side of the bluff. The home was updated and easily accommodated 4 adults 3 children and 2 dogs. Wrens nest had a beautiful view of the lake and dock access to the lake. George was very responsive anytime I had a question and accommodated a few things that I had asked for. It was a great experience for my family and I and will definitely be back in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at David’s home. The interior is fully renovated with all amenities as described- a rare find for multi-family space requirements and lake-front access.

The stay started with walking into an amazing open living room with large windows that looks out into the water. The feel, the space, and the view is even better than what the pictures try to capture. We had dinner right in town and it was just over 5 minutes away. The kiddos really enjoyed the paddle boards and littke kayaks, we went everyday, sometimes twice. Beautiful place, great getaway. Grateful for this stay, and would come back again!

I can’t express enough the pleasure of dealing with Debora. The townhouse was beautiful to stay in and very well stocked with everything you need while traveling . The townhouse was clean and in a great location. I had so many questions and Debora was always there to answer my questions and make great suggestions. We stayed at Jeremiah’s place for a birthday and New Years Eve trip. The place was perfect for our group and my pup loved it too! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels too which was a huge plus and the washer and dryer was great for a muddy mishap There’s so much to do in town and great options for eating and Amity for coffee is a must! There are a bunch of local parks I was able to take my dog too as well that he loved. We really enjoyed our time on Lake Keuka!

Rick & Kim’s place was absolutely incredible!! My boyfriend proposed to me on our trip and Rick & Kim’s response was overwhelming in the best way!! Cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to make our stay that much more special. Looking forward to our next stay!!

What a beautiful home with ample living space, great large open concept dining/kitchen space which makes great for family style meals. Quiet and Peaceful location, walking distance to the lake which we took advantage of one morning all the whole took a small stroll around Keuka College seeing as though you are right on the outskirts!

The house was absolutely beautiful with an even more beautiful view, the kayaks and paddle boards were easily accessible and were a ton of fun on the lake, Mary was a great host. We had some weather related incidents and she responded within minutes. The only negative thing I could say is, we should’ve booked it for longer, we didn’t want to leave. It was very fun weekend!

Great house to stay at and host a retirement party for our mom. Lots of space for the kids to play and run around. The wood stove made the place nice and warm. The beds were comfy. The generator was a plus to have with the power outage in the neighborhood. Also lots of nostalgia being close to Flint Creek campground where we used to camp as kids.

Cinia's place was very clean and beds /linens were comfortable. Like others have said be mindful of the area as its a country cottage with not many things close by. The location for us worked as we wanted to be close to Seneca and Keuka!

We had a wonderful Stay at Gwen’s place. Everything you need just as described. Very detailed information about the house along with suggestions of places to visit and restaurants etc. As veterans to the Fingerlakes region for many years this location was perfect for us. Centrally located between Keuka and Seneca Lakes with views that were amazing. We highly recommend those home.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend away at the Funky Penn Yan Cottage. Came into town to celebrate a family wedding and my husband’s birthday. Checked out a lot of the local establishments that Brennan recommended. Also enjoyed the early morning and late evening walks with our pup around the peaceful neighborhood. Ran into a lot of friendly locals on our walks and loved having the lake being steps away.
