Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.

This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

Back-Achers Cottage #1 is located on the west side of Seneca lake half way between Geneva and Watkins Glen. This cottage offers a rustic peaceful get away with a '100 feet of private beach front. The screened in front porch offers a wonderful place to sit and enjoy time with loved ones no matter the weather. A fire pit overlooking the water is the best place to enjoy the night. We are near to wineries, shopping, dining and all the area has to offer.
