Très belle villa située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et paisible de Nabeul, à proximité de cafés, restaurants et autres points de vie, et à 5 minutes de Hammamet La maison est très spacieuse et moderne, avec un salon très cosy, et un espace autour de la piscine très agréable pour se détendre de jour comme de nuit. Les chambres sont équipées de climatiseurs et possèdent chacune une salle de bain Très belle expérience, je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai!

La maison est vraiment très agréable, nous étions en vacances en famille avec des enfants et nous avons apprécié l’accès direct à la plage et le côté piscine. Le jardin est très grand. On a vraiment ravie de notre séjour

Ottimo soggiorno ad Hammamet, consiglio a tutti per la tranquillità della zona, la vicinanza ai servizi anche a piedi. Le distanze più lunghe possono essere coperte con il taxi la cui stazione è veramente a 5 min a piedi. Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sami et Imen sont des hôtes exceptionnels! Un accueil en personne, une maison parfaitement équipée et magnifique. Elle est plus grande et encore plus belle que sur les photos! Ils sont très réactifs, nous ont donné des supers adresses. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et plus encore! Du linge, beaucoup d’oreillers et de couvertures, des petits produits dans les salles de bain, tout est très confortable. Merci pour tout!

I can only recommend Elyes' accommodation! Elyes was very friendly and always available. The check-in was smooth and the apartment is very well equipped. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. We constantly travel and have stayed in many airbnb's, and we give honest reviews. It is rare to find an airbnb that is actually bigger than the photos advertising, This apartment is amazing, it is big, clean, smart, comfortable, private and secure. A peaceful neighbourhood as long as you do not mind kids playing football for an hour a day, and they are the most polite and adorable kids. The furniture is good, there are tv's in the lounge and both bedrooms (smart tv in lounge). I work online and the internet was fast and in 6 weeks never glitched. The kitchen is excellent and the oven and grill is the best we have ever used! Great aircon, a lovely courtyard to have coffee or meals in. Shops nearby and a 1p minute walk to the beach. We would highly reccomend this apartment and would love to go back. Thanks Jihed!

The apartment was great and super clean. The host’s mother was incredibly kind—she even brought us some fresh strawberries! The location was perfect, in a nice street close to coffee shops, currency exchange, a pizzeria, a burger place, and best of all, just a few steps from the taxi station to Tunis. Everything was smooth and enjoyable—highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hana’s apartment for four nights. The space is modern, beautifully furnished with great taste, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Hana’s mother was also very welcoming and sweet, which added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Thank you, Hana, for your warm hospitality and for making my journey smooth and enjoyable!

Mehdi's an awesome host, and a great person! Super friendly, always eager to help in any way that he can. However, I didn't need anything because everything was provided. The apartment is perfect. Really beautiful, everything works, lots of light and the balcony facing the sea is exceptional. The beach, which is peaceful, clean and serene, is about a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Easy to get to, and a great place to swim. Many great coffee shops and restaurants in all directions within 5 to 10 minutes from the apartment. You can walk to anywhere you would want to go. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thanks, Mehdi, and thanks to your wonderful father.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. Malek was extremely proactive and great in communicating. From providing clear checkin instructions, to providing local recommendations and lastly being flexible in check-out timings. The place itself is amazing and has all the amenities you can need and is very secure/ new. It was absolutely amazing from all perspectives!
