Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

The balcony was what attracted us in the pictures, and it did not dissappoint. The apartment was clean, close to the beach and all the taverns with good food - the two things that are most important to us. Would stay here again.

Ev çok güzel çok temiz ve meryem hanım çok ilgiliydi. Konum olarak sitenin girişine aydınlatma yapılmasa çok daha iyi olur gece araçla girişi bulmakta sorun yaşanabiliyor.

Aigul’ün evinde 6 gece eşim ve 2 çocuğum ile beraber kaldım. Ev 4 kişinin kalması için beklentiniz çok yüksek değilse gayet uygundu. Eve vardığımızda gayet temiz ve düzenli bir ev bulduk. Evin denize olan uzaklığı yürüyerek 5-7 dk. mesafedeydi. Deniz ise muazzam temizdi. Long Beach’in en güzel lokasyonunda denize girme imkanına sahip olduk. Eğer Kıbrıs’ı gezmek hem de denize girmek istiyorsanız Aigul’ün evi çok doğru bir tercih olur. Biz her sabah denize girip sabah kahvaltımızı yaptıktan sonra her gün farklı bir şehirde kültür turizmi yapıp, akşam yemeğimizi yiyip evimize geri döndük. Aigul’ün evini herkese tavsiye ederim. Ben tekrar Kıbrıs tatili düşündüğümde hiç düşünmeden tekrar Aigul’ün evinde kalırım. Kendisi ayrıca çok nezaket sahipi ve içten bir Evsahibi. Her türlü ihtiyaçınızda çekinmeden kendisinden destek alabilirsiniz. Ben kendisine bu mutlu ve huzurlu tatilimize vermiş olduğu katkı için teşekkür ederim.

Ev gercekten fotograflardaki gibiydi. Merkezi bir konumda olduğu için yürüyerek bile alışveriş ve plaja rahatlıkla gidebildik. Manzarası muhteşemdi. Her türlü ihtiyacımız karşılanmıştı. Bir dahaki tatilimi yine aynı yerde geçirmek çok isterim.

This was by far the best holiday we have had. The apartment was immaculately clean and so comfortable. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. My son said the bed was the best bed he has ever slept in lol.everything was so easy and Gözde the host was amazing she gave great clear instructions and was so responsive and helpful. The resort is fantastic so much to do and it’s not crazy busy or loud it has such a relaxing vibe.. and the staff around the resort are so lovely and helpful. honestly we want to live here and cannot wait to return . We will be recommending Gözde’s place to everyone we know wanting a relaxing, peaceful holiday where the kids can be fully entertained.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Öncelikle ev sahibi Yunus Emre’nin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda kolaylıkla ulaşabildik ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evi bulma ve giriş sürecinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev, görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi; huzurlu, tatlı ve konforluydu. Denize, beach’lere ve Yiğitler Market’e olan yakınlığı da konum açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Hem evin rahatlığı hem de konumu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Bize evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren ev sahibi Yunus Emre’ye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Cemal bey gerçekten çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlı bir adam giriş yaparken size her konuda yardımcı oluyor evin konumu olarak süper kaleiçinde ve her yere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğiniz bir yerde temizlik olarak ev gayet temizdi her anlamda ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz bir ev kesinlikle gelecek kişilere tavsiye ederim

Stunning villa in a great area - 10 minutes walk to the beach and right by the old town. Super helpful and kind host - we couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough! Amazing stay!

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, top gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts: leise Klimaanlagen, Tupperdosen, Adapter, reichlich Handtücher und sogar Strandzubehör wie Liegen, Schirm und Taucherbrille. Draußen gibt’s einen Wasserhahn und einen Eingang direkt ins Bad – super praktisch nach dem Strand. Der Flughafen ist 10 Min., Supermärkte 10–15 Min. entfernt. Ja, man hört Flugzeuge – besonders anfangs – aber es stört kaum, und mit der Zeit fanden wir es sogar schön. Wir waren Ende Mai da, fast allein in der Anlage – traumhaft ruhig. Das Bett war bequem, auf Wunsch gab’s einen Topper. Der Strand ist flach, mit wenig Wellen – ideal zum Baden. Und Gastgeber Stavros? Herzlich, aufmerksam, immer erreichbar – und der volle Kühlschrank bei Ankunft war das i-Tüpfelchen. Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub!

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is een heel compleet vakantieverblijf! Met een lekker zwembad, zitjes voor en achter het huis en een redelijk ruime woning is het er prima om te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een meer dan volle mand met allerlei etenswaren, ook een gevulde koelkast en meer dan genoeg andere spullen om niet meteen naar een supermarkt te moeten voor het eten de eerste dag(en)! De woning is helemaal voorzien van alle benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen en te verblijven! De ligging van het huis is in een rustige buurt, binnen 5 minuten sta je aan het strand en met de auto is de locale supermarkt ook in een paar minuten bereikt (te voet ongeveer 25 minuten wandelen). Een auto is raadzaam om het eiland te verkennen, het openbaar vervoer stopt overigens ook vlak bij het huis. Svetlana reageert bijzonder snel op gestuurde berichten, helaas hebben we haar niet persoonlijk gezien om haar te bedanken. Een perfecte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!

We had a great stay at Okan’s place. The place was easy to find and within the walking distance to all the restaurants and historic sites. There was plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean. Okan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate. I definitely recommend his place! Thank you!!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

Das Apartement war ganz neu und sehr sauber. Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Grün. In der Entfernung sieht man sogar das Meer. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, um herumreisen zu können. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt ebenfalls im Haus in einem eigenen Apartment.

Daire resimlerde görüldüğü gibi düzenli ve temizdi , lokasyon olarak çok iyi bir konumda sitenin tam önünde büyük bir market var. Dairenin bulunduğu site güzel ve temiz , dairenin hemen önünde güzel ve büyük bir havuz var. Cansu hanım çok insan canlısı olup tüm sorularımıza hızla yanıt verdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğiz.
