Holiday rentals with beach access in Yarköy

Absolutely excellent location. Communication with Alex was informative and always quick to answer. we would hope to be able to use Alex place again.

We loved our stay at Dejablue 2. We have been coming to north Cyprus for the past 20 years and Ingolfs penthouse apartment is the best we have stayed in. It has everything you need, very modern and looks out over the sea plus an added bonus of watching the sun rise and sun set from the apartment! Ingolf was really helpful from start to finish and we hope to stay again next year

We stayed at the property in May and overall it was a very good experience. The location is quiet and felt private, with only a few people around, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and having the pool right next to it was definitely a highlight. A great choice for a peaceful getaway.

The apartment was clean and tidy as shown in the photos. We stayed for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The host was quick to respond to our very relevant messages.

Good price, easily walkable to Larnaca, and an amazing view from the balcony! The hosts were very nice and check in/check out was really easy.

Hands down the best place we stayed in Northern Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a nice stay. There are two markets in the area, an Italian restaurant, a nice pool, and a beach nearby. If you have a car, it is a good base to explore the Eastern part of North Cyprus and the Karpaz Peninsula. Massimo, the owner was helpful with a rental car recommendation before our visit. Olga, the property manager for Massimo's apartment welcomed us to the apartmenr and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed, including a transfer to the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

Our experience was very good. The easy access to the hotels in the area and the good facilities of the property made us rent on a different date. We recommend it.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

First of all, we were very pleased with the interest of the host Yunus Emre. We could easily reach him whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. We were very pleased with both the comfort and the location of the house. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

Accommodating host, right in the middle between the two towns and easily accessible by taxi or bus. We didn’t hire a car and it was fine for us by public transport A stones throw from the turtle beach which was incredible, Konnos beach is a short walk, as well as many other things. Would recommend. Only thing I would bare in mind is the garden is great, lots to do for kids but it is a lot of quite big/ high steps which our 2 year old needed hand holding to get up and down each time so couldn’t independently play

Our stay at Stavros was amazing! It was above our expectations! So much attention was put into the place, very clean, sweets, equipment to take a dive in the see or to go kayak. The area is calm, for us perfect place to have a rest and enjoy nature. The house is about 30 meters from the sea 🌊 ☀️ thank you so much! We’ll be back again :)

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a bit more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's furnishings with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine were great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back. 👍💪🏽☺️

Kamil is not a super host because first of all Kamil is a super person. The house was very fine, clean and in a prefect position. Kamil was always available, kind and ready to answer any questions we had

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

The house is nice, older than it looks in the pictures, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to meet us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

I had a lovely stay at Maria’s place and liked how she made it all feel very homely. It was easy walking distance to a large supermarket and some nice parks. Overall it had everything I needed for a peaceful break

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

There was everything you needed in the house. It is a very clean and beautiful house. It is also very good in terms of location. There are places such as a casino, grocery store, bakery.
