We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SunnyVillasCyprus! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos – modern, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. We especially loved the pool and the peaceful location, which made it perfect for relaxing. The service was excellent – communication with the host was quick, friendly, and very helpful. From the smooth check-in to the thoughtful extras like fresh fruit on arrival, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. A family vacation with a fully equipped apartment. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities can be reached either on foot or by car in a short time. You can lie in the complex at different pools. There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance that we can only recommend. Pebble beach is also very quickly within walking distance. A large roof terrace with a grill invites you to linger in the evening hours.

Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

We stayed in Ivan's apartment for 1 month, the site was very nice, the gym, sauna, pool and basketball courts were always available for use and very clean. The views of the house are great, I usually take my coffee in the morning and enjoy it on the balcony or around the house and sunbathe. The neighbors, and most importantly, Alexander was very kind and helpful, and we contacted him about many things and he helped me, and I'm grateful for these. We found the house very peaceful, it inspired us to be there, especially those who came for vacation, you can definitely choose this apartment, there is a great beach within 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, the only problem for us was that Tatlısu was far from the center, it was difficult to get out of the site without a car, but it was still not a problem for us because we wanted to relax and have a good time and the apartment welcomed it, so we decided to extend our stay, thank you 🎉🥳 Ivan and Alexander very much, everything is great 🩷🙏🏻

Apartment rather clean, functional and good location! Our original place wasn't ready when we arrived, but Eva and Jerry were very responsive and offered us a similar place in the residence. Beautiful sea view, pool and common area (billiards, ping pong table, some fitness machines). Lidl store 5 minutes away by car, pleasant walks and beaches very close. 15 minutes by car from Ayia Napa, 5 minutes from Cap Greco. We came out of season so a lot of restaurants and shops were closed, but I think the neighborhood needs to be more lively in high season!

Stayed just one night to attend a triathlon the next day ! It was perfect, clean, close, within walking distance, had everything I needed, will definitely stay again. Linzi was the perfect host

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. Great communication and great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay in Thalassa. The apartment was as presented and I really appreciated the balcony and resort amenities like beach chairs, indoor pool, and gym. The yoga classes on the beach with the excellent teacher Acelya were a treat! For me, the location was a little isolated, especially without a car. A trip to the grocery store was $30 r/t in a taxi. And a taxi from Ercan Airport was $125 o/w.

I really loved staying at this Airbnb, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, and even when I decided to give it a clean mid-stay, everything I needed was right there. The location is super convenient, especially for a non-local like me, close to shops and easy to get around. The hosts were absolutely great: very responsive, friendly, and informative. There are a one things worth mentioning. The apartment is on a main road, so you do get some traffic noise only when the doors are open. However, the noise did not bother me and I slept with the door in my room open most nights and the views were amazing. The apartment and area was and felt super safe. Extra points for having a Firestick, which was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend booking this apartment or others in the hosts inventory.

It was a vacation full of relaxation, whenever we had questions Olga was there and helped us no matter what. Thank you Olga, we had a really nice rest, everything was great. However, you would need a car if you want to see a little bit, otherwise it's great

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

the site where the house is located is a calm,peaceful and clean site. There is no parking problem. We rented a car. Thanks to the fact that Ms. Demet directed her to the house before entering the house, it was easy for us to reach the house, as if it were our own house and we settled in easily. It is easily accessible from the house to the beach. The location of the house is close to the market and the cars. There is incredible peace in the house,everything is immaculately clean and in place. There was everything we needed. It was great to wake up in the morning with a view of the mountains and the pool. when I come to Kibrisa, the place where I will stay will be the house of Ms. Demet again. She is a friendly,helpful host who does her best. We are very happy that she is always ready to help when we have a need. We were glad to meet her, thank you for everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a bit more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's furnishings with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine were great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back. 👍💪🏽☺️

Enver is an amazing host and the location and apartment is perfect

The villa was beautiful, all the essentials was provided! The host was very informative and replied very quickly to any questions. The location is good if you are looking for peace and privacy, however there was a little bit of noise from the construction of other villas but this was very minimal and not constant. The villa is modern. Sofas and outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and bedding was provided. A big supermarket that is around the corner that you can even walk to. Easy access to main road but you cannot hear the traffic. Perfect for a relaxing end to our holiday. Will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we first contacted our host, our host consistently took care of us and informed us. We found answers to all our questions. The location of the house is very close to the sea and the pool. The house was tidy and clean. I recommend renting a car if you are coming for sightseeing. We did not have any problems getting to the places to visit. The beach was clean, there was only a stone at the entrance of the sea, the room did not cause any inconvenience. Completely immaculate sand after passing the stony part. We also did not have any problems with our check-in and check-out time.

This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved it — the house is incredibly spacious, full of natural light, cozy and just overall amazing. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, everything was spotless. There were so many amenities, thoughtfully provided for every need. The outdoor area was stunning, with a huge garden and breathtaking views. At the same time, it felt very private and peaceful — no disturbances at all. It was an unforgettable experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!
