excellent apartment, located a few minutes from the beach, opposite there is a supermarket, well-kept swimming pool, tennis courts and a very quiet area at night.

Very well equipped apartment, exactly as the pictures. Very nice balcony to enjoy the breakfast or end of day. 5 min walk from the beach and walkable distance from salt lake.

A wonderful place where it seems every detail was thoughtfully considered. Everything is new, clean, and organized – comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a small patio with a rural view, and a large, well-equipped rooftop terrace overlooking the open landscape. It's a quiet spot with a functional, well-stocked kitchen, clean towels and linens, and amazing people who are easy to work with. Everything was in place – I truly felt like everything had been planned to make my stay comfortable, from the coffee capsules in the kitchen to even having a power adapter ready for my devices. I hope I get to visit Cyprus again just to stay there once more.

Really enjoyed our time at the flat. The resort area was great, with a few good restaurants and pool/water park. The flat was clean and in good order, with everything you need. We’re already talking about going back!

The place was wonderfully clean and tidy when we got there, the porch is very spacious with a nice view of the sunset. Additionally, the compound of the house was very calm and peaceful, with a clean pool and a nice restaurant. Lenos was very forthcoming and gave us many local recommendations, whilst also responding almost immediately to any of our questions. Thank you for hosting us!

Unfortunately, we were only there for a few days,but are very satisfied what we were able to see and experience. You can walk in a few steps by the sea 🌊 and even shorter by the pool. It certainly wasn't the last time we were in Cyprus. Can you really recommend it.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

From the moment booked, Sofia was available for any questions I had. She guided me exactly how to get to the apartment, what to expect, etc. The apartment was exactly as I expected it to be, and as described. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything! wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, a lot of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the hosts for their attention!!! 😁

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again
