We use a room in a newly built apartment that was completed in 2022, so we will provide you with a clean and comfortable space.We also have everything you need for long-term stays, and we have appliances, cooking utensils, bedding, and wifi, so you can have a comfortable life like at home.You can experience living in a typical Japanese apartment. Since you enter and exit from the entrance of the apartment separate from the entrance of the apartment, the privacy of the customer is protected and you can have a comfortable stay.Even though it is located in front of the station, the soundproof interior is quiet and comfortable even though it is located in front of the station.There is a large number of restaurants nearby, and you can also fully enjoy the food.It is also a great base for sightseeing in Nara.We are committed to a comfortable stay in our private lodging.

NISHIMURA-TEI Hanare - Kitchen & Dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Hinoki house -traditional home, walk to sights.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.

Convenient place to go to Nara, Osaka, Kyoto for sightseeing. You can use train easily. It takes 4 minutes from Kintetsu Kujo station Room is very spacious, so maximum 12 person can stay here. If you are coming by car, we have two parking lots, one of which is for small cars such as mini cars. Please inform us if you bring pets.
