Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yalıkavak

Jamal's place is very nice and has a great view! It is quickly reached by car in Yalykavak where there are many good restaurants and shops for shopping. The house is equipped with everything it needs and has a private pool. Jamal was a wonderful host that we were able to communicate with very easily.

We've just returned from a totally magical holiday staying in Maria's home from home. It's truly an oasis of calm in a beautiful setting with a great outdoor space for chilling. We wanted to have a lovely Greek experience, rather than an ultra modern space, that could have been anywhere . . .and we got just that. Maria's place was just what the three of us wanted, enough space not to feel crowded, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace looking over the garden and the hammock was well used for a relaxing read. We even had a very vocal, friendly kitty who greeted us daily on our return from exploring the island. There's a great local supermarket close by and the waterfront and restaurants easy to reach. Kos town is close enough to dip your toes into "busy" if you fancy. Maria was always available if you needed advice or help, a lovely lady. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Maria xx

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. He's a great host. Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)

We felt completely at home from the very beginning. The central location in Marmaris is perfect to reach out to delicious restaurants or the beach by foot. There is also a free parking lot directly across the street, which is very convenient. The apartment is beautifully and cozily furnished and has everything you need. Dimi was a fantastic host and even brought us some fruit. He was always available when we needed assistance and gave us tips for exploring the area. We’ve already recommended the apartment and would book it again for a vacation in Marmaris.

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

September to end of October I rented at Ertem Homes and I had wonderful time. Apartment was walking distance to beach and stores and very clean. Murat and his wonderful mother Ülkü were very friendly I will miss them. I can’t wait to go back there next summer.

Stunning 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath apartment 100% identical to the photos offer. Beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen and bath robes were an added tough. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us with a variety of Greek snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Kos, Greece 🇬🇷

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

Rental was possible at very short notice and spontaneously, uncomplicated, good communication. Apartment is well located, very close to the beach and center, but still quiet. On the ground floor, entrance directly next to the street, but it does not disturb. Comfortably furnished, with everything you need. Highly recommended.

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

Our stay at La Boheme Ashram was fantastic! It was a last minute booking for us (<8 hours) and Soli made sure that everything was taken care of despite being half way around the world! He was extremely attentive during our stay, and the villa was exactly what we were looking for near Yalikavak. Soli's place is a perfect choice if you're looking to combine privacy and luxury. A++

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.

We had a great holiday at Anders and Jeanette’s place. The house was beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean and at perfect location in Bodrum! We were feet’s away from a very nice pool and garden, and we very much enjoyed our stay. House is far away from hustle and bustle of Bodrum center but it is in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and small & cute towns! House has everything a family needs to be comfy in a vacation home. Anders and Jeanette were great and very prompt in their communications. Anders provided a very detailed and very much useful guidelines and recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the region. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the slope with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back!
