I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

It was a pleasant surprise to find this Airbnb, it is in a very quiet neighborhood as well as the street. The house is as shown in the photographs, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. The location is very good because it is close to other routes to move around the city, both by car and public transport. And above all, the attention of the hostesses, excellent. My family and I stayed for a week and everything was fine. The house is tidy. The area is quiet. The house is a little hot but Gaby put a fan in each room and that was more than enough. There is room to store the car. There's a bit of a pressure issue with the shower on the top floor, but it's not a big deal. Several stores and dining options in the area. We had rain and heat and we had no problems with the house or the area. We would definitely go back.

We have nothing but good things to say. Águeda was a ten host: attentive, friendly, super flexible and always aware that everything was perfect. From the first message until we said goodbye, everything flowed amazing. You can tell that you love every detail. The house is a jewel: comfortable, well equipped, with super nice spaces and perfect for what we needed. We were recording content and it was the ideal place, both inside and out. In addition, the location is unbeatable: nothing from the center of Coyoacán, which made it very easy for us to make tomas in the surroundings. We had a wonderful week-stay at Valeria’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities listed. One private bathroom per room is a plus. The location was perfect, close to the Frida’s house museum and downtown Coyoacán. The group of hosts were also very responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations. We highly recommend this listing! And definitely would consider coming back.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

We loved our stay at Alison’s place. This is the perfect apartment to feel like a local in Condessa. Located right on the park, it’s convenient to many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There is also a Walmart grocery store steps away to grab essentials. I stayed here for a week with my family (3 couples) and we loved coming back from being out in the city to sit by the big open windows and lounge in the hammock. Alison was super responsive and helpful and we appreciated all of her local recommendations.
