Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Xanten

Everything was very nice and as described, despite earlier than planned arrival, everything went smoothly.

We have now been to Alex and Nuran's place for the second time. And nothing has changed in our positive experience. The accommodation is very well equipped and meets our requirements exactly. During our stay, the first heat wave of the year prevailed, but the apartment was pleasantly tempered. Our dog also feels comfortable. So what more could you ask for?! We will book again:)

I have rarely felt as at home as with Bettina and her husband. Very quiet location, both are mega friendly and helpful. Both thumbs up!!! Will definitely be back.

Hello to everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And also, if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run extremely rarely. In general, I have only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the presence of a minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

We arrived later than planned and were still able to check in 4 hours later than planned, everything was clean and it is really worth the price. You have everything you need

An older apartment with a special charm, very centrally located and easy to reach. Communication was always fast and friendly. We would like to stay there again!

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come.

We had a fantastic stay! We were very well received and got tips about the area. The cottage is very neat, well maintained, comfortable and everything is available. For children also a very nice cottage because there are many toys available (our 2-year-old son had a good time). The cottage is highly recommended! We'd love to come back.

A historic place. A farmhouse built on the foundations of a castle. Nevertheless, everything was beautifully remodeled with respect for the past. The yard, the meadows with sheep and fruit trees, the fish ladder in the stream next door also makes it a downright idyllic place. A nice host and hostess made this weekend to remember. Thank you.

Communication was great, even late. The apartment is incredibly beautiful , huge , well equipped, especially for children a huge recommendation! We were welcomed with very nice attentions for us and our baby and can only recommend this really nice and clean apartment! Thank you again !

I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. What a great place to stay! We felt completely comfortable. The loft or the whole house is fantastic! Incredibly creative, stylish and, above all, lovingly furnished. In my opinion, even more impressive than in the photos. 1,000 thanks! It was a great weekend. The restaurant tips were both great.

We had a lovely stay, very nice house and clean. The area is very tranquil with lots of options for a nice walk. The neighboring towns have nice restaurants along the Rijn! We would definitely book again 🤗

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Pietra's place is beautiful, cozy and super well located. For those who like to cook, the apartment is perfect! We spent wonderful days in Dusserdorf.

Really peaceful and clean! There's a gorgeous park right outside and supermarkets at walking distance. The host was amazing and very kind! 10/10 it was a great stay

It's in a very quiet place, everything is very clean. Ease of communication with Paul. We needed a heater and he brought it right away. A very good stay. We will definitely return as we have family in the area

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts.
