Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

To do this, use the front entrance and are therefore undisturbed for yourself. The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

We celebrated a lovely girlfriend weekend, with 8 ladies (40+), in this beautiful outdoor house in Xanten! The house is as described in the listing. With 8 ladies, we generously had the space for sleeping places and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, in terms of equipment and crockery. The wellness area is more luxurious than we had imagined. Outside we could sit in several places. The house is like new, in terms of finishing and cleaning, which made us all feel right at home. What we missed is a generous sofa on which you can relax together. This was of course known in advance, but for us it would have been of added value. Furthermore, the upstairs windows close automatically when moisture comes up. This was also known in advance, but we found it less pleasant ourselves. In the area, we were far from bored after 2 nights and the house was very popular with all of us, so as far as we are concerned certainly repeatable!

The stay was really great. The place is super clean and equipped with everything you need. A bowl of fruit and fresh flowers rounded out the picture. Highly recommend. We had great days on the Rhine. The tip with the Rhine ferry to Xanten was great and there are great routes for hiking enthusiasts right from the apartment. Very nice and spacious apartment in a quiet and very green location, good base for excursions towards Xanten and generally the Lower Rhine. Anika was very nice and pleasant, we felt very comfortable. Cozy beds, large kitchen, everything perfect!
