We had a very good time here with our group of friends. A nice cottage, beautiful in nature, with plenty of space. Highly recommendable!

What a nice place! Everything is available to make your stay fun, relaxing, surprising, cozy and cozy. Surrounded by birds, flowers, nature and beautiful views everywhere. Had a great time from the tandem. And ideal with all the villages and station so close by. We'd love to come back!

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Nice place, especially if the weather is right. Booking a hot tub is recommended, please note that the swimming pool opens from mid-May. Cottage is a bit noisy, something to take into account.

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings. And Jacqueline and Joost are super hospitable and friendly. The communication was very easy from the beginning, and also during our stay. We have felt at home in their home. Very special that they just share their own beautiful house and let others enjoy it. Highly recommended!!

I had a pleasant stay. Great locations and surroundings. Host is very proactive and responsive. He had also recommended us list of attractions and activities which we can do in surrounding areas. Having built in breakfast and outer garden with sauna was a delight. I could not get the chance to explore but would definitely explore it in my next visit. Overall, would recommend everyone to experience if you are planning to visit Duisburg.

Fridolin and Nora are warm and lovely hosts, who took extra steps to make our stay incredibly comfortable and homely. We stayed there with our fourteen month old daughter and our dog, the hosts had thought of everything we might need and had set up the place accordingly for our stay. It honestly felt like visiting family and not an Airbnb. Their place was perfect for a short stay, and incredibly cozy. Additional things provided; baby cot, baby high stool, baby towel, dog feeding bowl, dog treats, multivitamin bottled juice(including one for our toddler), sparkling mineral water bottles. My daughter was also given a little crochetted bear to take with, which was a really nice touch.

The Airbnb was great and as shown in the pictures.

We felt very comfortable in the bright and friendly apartment with beautiful terrace and great garden. Two weeks right on the edge of the forest and a short way to Cronenberg were quickly around. The contact with the hosts was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and warm. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Matthias received us in a totally friendly way, even before arrival the communication was very nice. The apartment is beautifully located on the outskirts of the old town, everything is easily accessible on foot. We were able to park not far away for free on Friedrichstraße. Very nicely decorated, everything you need. Totally cozy. Hattingen itself offers a beautiful corner next to the other, we had a wonderful getaway and would be happy to come back. Dogs are not only allowed in the accommodation, but welcome, thank you for that!

We had a very nice family weekend in Vera's cottage. The garden was especially great and is a highlight for children in particular.

A week to relax among the bustle of the birds. In rainy weather, there is plenty of space inside, and in good weather, a very pleasant garden to sit in. There is plenty to do in the area, and shops are close by. Everything is available for you to cook yourself. Baking pizza in the pizza oven was also fun to do. Definitely recommended. We felt at ease.

We were there as a group over a long weekend and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility, nature and the beautiful grounds.

For the first time, vacation in your own country instead of camping abroad. I was rather hesitant, but our stay in Kelpen Oler surprised us very positively. We were warmly welcomed by Ans and Sander with coffee and homemade cake. The beautiful holiday home is equipped with all comforts (great bed, chairs and bathroom) and is sparkling clean. We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped garden and the wonderful swimming pool. You have a lot of privacy and hardly notice that you are staying in the owners' garden. Occasionally, they had a nice chat with us and we were also invited out again in the evening. We came mainly for our peace and quiet but also made beautiful bike rides and went to Belgium, the Designer Outlet and a tea garden. In the village, there is a chip shop and a Grandcafé across the street. And despite the location on a main road, you have all the peace and quiet in the garden and you enjoy the birds. We will definitely return to this special place!

Great apartment, very nice, spacious and clean. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and would be happy to come back again. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Lots of nature in the area. Wild birds and animals. We particularly enjoyed the nature trails which were within walking distance, or just relaxing in the yard watching the horse walk by. We loved it. Thanks Linda for everything.

We had a great stay at Wilfried's, his apartment is as described and you will feel at home. You can easily find places to park around the building and the shops are not very far away. You could find a moment of tranquility by going to the pool which is also in the building.

Nice friendly and helpful host and hostess! The place is nice and central and there is the possibility to find entertainment but also to take your peace in the woods nearby.
