Had a lovely stay here! The place is just a short walk from the beach, close enough to enjoy it easily, yet tucked away from the hustle. The room was clean, cosy, comfortable, and well-maintained. There are plenty of great food spots nearby, and it's a great area to explore on foot. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to Patnem and Agonda beaches from here, both are just a quick drive away. The stay manager was very helpful and proactive, always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxed and well-connected base in South Goa.

This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a sense of peace and calm that made our trip truly relaxing. The pool was a highlight—perfect for a refreshing dip during the day. A big thank you to Athmi and team for their warm hospitality. Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

Impressive property of high standard finish. Excellent air con, bed very comfy, high pressure shower. Seconds from the beach but also set back for privacy, Rebecca recommended such good restaurants, the electric bikes made it really good fun adding extra adventure cycling around Galgibaga. One morning we took private boat trip and saw dolphins! We loved the peacefulness of the village.

Had the pleasure of spending my birthday at this peaceful bnb, tucked away from the rains and crowds, surrounded by fruit trees. Neel and Sanya are great hosts and were very friendly and responsive. Our stay was made even more special thanks to Stella and her furry friends at the property. If you like pets, peace and quiet, this is the place to be.
