Very nice, cozy apartment over 2 floors, very quietly located on the mountain. Very clean and well-kept apartment. Many opportunities to explore nature. Renate and Fritz are incredibly nice and helpful and also have good tips for activities. We will be happy to come back any time!

Sabine is a great host, always available and helpful. We were already allowed to enter the apartment at 7 in the morning, which was great! The apartment is clean, centrally located and we felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the apartment:)

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.

Our Montuere were very satisfied with the overall package.

We stayed there as a group of 5 people for a weekend. The place was very nice, we were quickly helped with problems, all residents and other vacationers were super friendly. We were able to play wonderful games in the shared garden but also at our dining table. The walks on the Danube were a highlight and you can easily walk to the Rewe including the bakery just like downtown and the good Italian Pizzeria Romana. In addition, there are also two bikes that can be rented for free. Thank you!

We were very happy with Omur’s space; it was perfect for our family of three. First, Omur is honestly the nicest host we’ve ever had. He was able to accommodate our last minute booking, allowed us to check-in early, had eggs, toast, drinks and treats for us, which was helpful (and thoughtful) since we just arrived from the States and were tired. The space is even more fun in person; it is unique and has a ton of character. The sauna was amazing. Everything is within walking distance – grocery, restaurants, river front, even the castle (if you are active). I highly recommend this location. Thank you Omur!

Great place to stay! Eveline was understanding and her attic place is affordable. I felt like Heidi living in the mountains with the view from the window. Easy to find parking and it is a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed here for a whole month for a company trip and it was great 👍

Beautiful, cozy apartment, very well equipped, the two levels give plenty of space even with a lot of luggage. The apartment was clean and you could enjoy peace and quiet. Awesome views of the in-house garden. The hostess was very friendly, accommodating and easy to reach. The S-Bahn connection is almost right in front of the house but also in the village good opportunities to spend free time. Those who are interested in art will also find joy with the design in the house. The three of us booked a week, were very satisfied with the price and the stay and could imagine another stay. Thank You!

We had a really wonderful stay in Winnenden! The apartment was immaculately clean, cozy and well appointed. What made it special were the fresh flowers and fruit that were waiting for us when we arrived - a nice gesture that showed how much heart and care the hosts put into making their guests feel welcome. They are a very likeable couple - polite, helpful and always ready to provide support. We recommend this place with all our hearts and will be happy to come back!

I stayed at this loft apartment for a month and had a very good experience. It was easy to find, and convenient parking was available right outside the door. The apartment is small but functional, perfect for a single traveler or couple. The kitchen was well-equipped and frequently used during my stay. Note that the closet area is a bit shorter at about 6 feet tall. The apartment is well-located, with at least two grocery stores within a 10-minute walk and another one about half a mile away. The Marktplatz is nearby, hosting a market on Saturdays. The Residenzschloss and gardens are just a few blocks away, offering a pleasant stroll. There's also a 2-mile walking route behind the apartment, going through FavoritePark and passing Schloss Favorite—a relaxing walk. The area felt safe, and Melanie, who lives close by, was readily available for any questions. Overall, it was a very good stay with no issues encountered.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. Great large roof terrace and quiet location. The welcome gesture with sparkling wine, fruit and chocolate was particularly nice. And Klaus was always available and immediately took care of a remedy when there was a short-term problem with the WLAN. If we come to Heilbronn again, we'd like to stay here again.

We are very enthusiastic about the apartment and there was also a lot of equipment. The apartment looks (or is) like new. There are washing machines in the bathroom and clothes rack above the bathtub, and the kitchen also has all the equipment you imagine. Even if we hadn't needed everything with our 3 nights (kettle, espresso machine, toaster, soda stream, chocolate fondue set, a large refrigerator with quick flap for drinks, extra refrigerator, clean dishes and cutlery, baking utensils. We enjoyed the apartment to visit cities such as Heidelberg, Mannheim, Speyer, Bruchsal. Dining area has 4 chairs. Very nice furniture and lovingly decorated and the apartment decorated with taste. Natural pieces of soap were ready. We are also very happy to sit on the small balcony. Quiet location of the apartment. There is even a bar area with colorful lighting. We will definitely be back. :-))
