Holiday rentals with a patio in Wrigleyville, Chicago

My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

Such a stylish and cozy spot in the heart of Andersonville! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the space had so much charm. Just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and everything else you would need near Clark street. Would definitely stay again!

This was a very cute one bedroom apartment. It was perfect for my husband, myself and my daughter. Extremely clean. So sweet they left treats and snacks! Host was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Quiet street without traffic or road noise. Easy street parking and very walkable. The unit had plenty of room to spread out and was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay.

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. I enjoyed my stay here which enabled me to be close enough to Northwestern’s campus as I worked on a writing project. Being minutes from downtown Wilmette was a plus—be sure to check out Saint Roger’s Abbey bakery for wonderful French pastries! The house was neat, tidy, and matched the description. I also appreciated the record collection!

The Airbnb was perfect for my family and I. We have two small kids and this Airbnb was very child friendly! They had tons of kids items we were able to use which saved us packing and toting them through the airport. The hosts were super friendly, very responsive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The condo is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood and the hosts answered my few questions promptly. The place was very clean and although the bedrooms were small, it was nice that each of us (nana and two teens) could have their own space.

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

This apartment was a real gem. The back patio was so lovely to hang out on during the cooler evenings. I loved how accessible the building was to so much of Chicago, both via the blue line and the bus that stops right outside. Would definitely come back!

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. Nice place in a great neighborhood. Really appreciated the opportunity to leave the car parked and walk and train everywhere. The house was clean and tidy and Ari provided a list of neighborhood dining recommendations. We had six people in our party and there was just enough space that we didn't end up sick of each other. Overall, the trip was wonderful.
