Great location, very reasonable and no frills place to stay if you’re looking to explore New York

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Its location is very good, a few blocks from three subway stations. In 20 minutes you can be at any of the city's main attractions without transfers. It is also easily accessible from JFK Airport. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet, even when we returned late at night. I would definitely stay here again when I return to NYC.

The apartment is in a great location to discover New York because it is located in a quiet area, but 2 steps from a subway that leads directly to Manhattan . It is very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. To access the apartment there is a staircase (about thirty steps ) which may seem steep to some. Even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting our host, Negra was able to meet all our expectations because very responsive in her responses as soon as we needed her. If I have to come back to New York, I will not hesitate to come back to Negra.

We had a great time! Subway is a 10-minute-walk away, the neighbourhood is quiet so great for sleeping!

I stayed here for 3 days in June and this place is worth every penny (which honestly wasn't even much). The place is so clean and peaceful. A very active park across the street but I liked it because it was fun to watch people have different sport games. It is super close to alot of restaurants and stores. A bus stop right up the street that takes you right to the 7 train. The host was super nice to let me check in early since my flight was early. You never see them and barely here them super private. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in nyc and I would definitely stay here again. Also easily fit 2 people.

My wife and our two adult kids were in the apartment for a week. The apartment was clean and had lots of space. We also used the option to sit outside in the front yard. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. Food bazaar was close by. I walked 7-10.000 steps every morning to experience the difference streets/neighborhoods close by. Great diversity and it feels safe to be there. Access to subway is really within 1-2 minutes. We used it every day. Negra is super kind and helpful. We suggested a fix to an minor isse in the apparent. It got taken care of within hours. We can strongly recommend staying in this apartment.

thanks Jay for having myself and Adriaan the last 5 days the house was spotless clean easy access in and out. we loved all the codes on the doors it made us feel safe and at ease we never had any issues getting in or out. hosts were friendly the dog was so beautiful it was a pleasant stay with easy transport to and from the city

Milton’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip - very close to the subway and lots of shops for anything we need. The space was just the right amount for the two of us and had everything we needed. Milton is very friendly and I would definitely come back and stay again! Thank you Milton!

We enjoyed a comfortable stay with our family of 5. It is within walking distance to the M train and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Ewelina was very responsive to my questions and needs and accommodated my request for a late checkout.

It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

Sal is a gracious host! Linens were clean and soft. Parking is tricky but Sal had great recommendations. Unit is tastefully remodeled. Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

Visited Brooklyn for a work trip and stayed at Jamal & Dacia's charming studio to get the most of Brooklyn as I possibly could in 24 hours! I appreciated how clean the space was, as well as amenities with water, snacks and ice cold AC for the hot humid weather! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Our stay at this charming Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The place was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, cheerfully styled, and very cozy. It was better than the pictures. India was so kind and gracious, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless visit. The place is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
