This Airbnb was a gem! Nice and quiet neighborhood, safe and peaceful. He always responded within a fast manner. A lot of roaming space, about 10 minutes from downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was very well maintained, and the apartment felt very peaceful. The area is also very nice, everything you could need is within 10 minutes walking distance.

This was my first time booking with Airbnb and I was not disappointed. The airbnb was even bigger than what we expected based on the pictures, a lot of a space and the decor was so cool, we all loved our rooms, it felt like we were at home. The apartment smelled so cozy when we first stepped in and it had great natural lighting and amenities. The neighborhood safety was average, we never felt unsafe, and the security to get into the airbnb gave us that extra peace of mind. I will definitely be booking here again if I return to Chicago.

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Terrific apartment, and spotlessly clean. We were only 2 people, but it had a king and a queensize bed in 2 separate bedrooms, as well as a comfortable and well dfurnished iving room. Very modern and up to date.. Kitchen was ample and well equipped and stocked with basic staples. We didn't meet our josts ut they were responsive to our messages.

David and his co-host were excellent. Our family enjoyed our stay. We used to live in the Bronzeville area and love the new additions to the neighborhood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Loved our stay at The Foundry! The unit was beautiful and comfortable and the views were incredible. We had everything we needed and communication from Cloud9 was clear. There are great places nearby to walk for coffee and food — including an amazing Whole Foods.

My family of 5 including my elderly parents had a lovely stay at Rachel and David’s house for our son’s graduation from UChicago. It is in a quiet location that is very close to the university. The hosts were very friendly and flexible. The place is spacious, light and airy and extremely clean. The beds (especially the two large bedrooms upstairs) had usually comfortable beds. All in all it a 10 out of 10!

This was a great stay for me and my family of 5. Our kids loved the mini golf course and enjoyed chilling on the open patio. This stay was matched everything described in the listing and was quite large. The only thing I’d say negative is that due to it being an older house not all the windows lock properly which was a major security error for me especially since it was an unfamiliar area and we had our children. Other than that no complaints ! Would stay again Thanks !

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Matt!

Me my freinds and family enjoyed our stay. The host was very quick to respond to any concerns. The home was clean and spacious. The decor was nice to take pictures. I liked that it had a bathroom downstairs for easy assess. We will come back when we visit Chicago again. Thanks you guy you were awesome.

Such a great place to stay

Stayed at Lisa's Airbnb for a.3 day weekend with my family including a 2 year old. We had a great time, great neighborhood, good restaurants- 15 min drive to downtown Chicago and train access as well. The place matched description and my 2 year old played with the hens and chickens in their backyard. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and very responsive host.

Great place for the price. Tom was a great host, always willing to help when needed. Thank you for starting the fire every night for us. Great location to have some privacy and not far from downtown. Would recommend!

Zirrell was a wonderful host. She always responded and her instructions were very thorough. She was also very understanding when our flight got delayed and we checked in later than expected. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a wonderful stay!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great place! Everything was clean, in a good location and they communicated well.

Perfect little spot! So close to the blue line, necessities nearby, great for a quick solar work trip. Bed is small and a little uncomfortable, and some things were a little off (medicine cabinet not fully attached to wall), but neither bothered me. Knew bed would be small from photos! Just a heads up for anyone that would worry about those. Will definitely be staying again if in Chi!

I brought my family of 7 to Chicago looking for a nice home to stay at and Daniel’s house exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious and clean with lots of entertainment. The kids loved the arcade machine and the connect 4. Having a tv in every room was also such a great add on for everyone. The bathrooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I had a question about the wifi and the host was very quick to respond and help. We highly recommend!

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
