We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

This space is perfect and in a beautiful building north of Wilshire, in a peaceful pocket of Santa Monica. Having frequented the heart of downtown SM many times, this location is my new favorite — walkable, safe, and friendly. The building is historic and stunning, with a lovely courtyard, lobby, and library with seating areas. Check-in was a breeze, and there are late-night managers on duty/security which made me feel safe as a solo traveler, especially when getting home after an evening out. Towels are plush and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the ceiling fans do a great job so I didn’t miss the fact that there’s no AC! It’s worth noting that the windows of this space face a row of other units and a walkway with a good deal of foot traffic, meaning shades need to be kept closed for any privacy since it is ground floor. If you’re like me and spend your time out enjoying the city, this isn’t an issue! Kitchen was spotless with great appliances. Fantastic stay!

I stayed here for a quick weekend trip for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. This was probably the most convenient location I’ve had for solo female travel. - Travel convenience without a car. Down the street from Hollywood and Vine train. Traveled to my concert without a hitch. Lyfts took less than 4 minutes max of waiting time. - A few steps from a CVS if you forget travel essentials. - I felt pretty safe. Though the neighborhood is full of characters (Hollywood!) the street was well lit at night. The building is restricted access, and the front door has less foot traffic relative to the rest of the block. - Apartment was clean and comfy, looks exactly like the photos. Hosts had clear instructions on where lights and temp control were in the apartment. Bonus points for stable WiFi. The hosts were quick tor respond to any questions I had via chat, which were few since their check in instructions were super clear. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

Super nice place! Very clean and perfect to stay in for a week or two. Walkable neighborhood and only a 10/15 minute walk from the Third Street Promenade mall and the Santa Monica pier!

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

I was a bit nervous to come to LA since protest were happening in the city but Lisa gave me really good advices to get around without my plans getting affected by the protests Communicating with her was always easy and very responsive on her side, she was always kind and gave me very helpful instructions of what should I do in case I needed help from her or the Airbnb company Her place was super clean, cozy and equipped with all I needed to make myself comfortable and have a good time

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

Tano’s place is very cute and clean. We appreciated being able to walk a couple blocks to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Although we didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment since we were on the move the whole time, we would definitely return for a more leisurely stay.

This was one of the best experiences I had on Airbnb in a while. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and the airbnb itself was in a great location. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone.

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here! It was convenient that this listing included parking since we had a rental car and Cathy's instructions made checking in and out very straightforward. The apartment is modern, clean, and quiet which made it the perfect place for us to relax after a long day of exploring LA. We're both big fans of Korean food and we really enjoyed the sheer number of of great cafes and restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Great place for a short visit to the area - handy to local amenities and a short drive to Santa Monica.

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
